Very comfortable and super clean!
Very comfortable and super clean! The couch was made as a bed for our daughter. Yummy muffins and coffee for breakfast. Huge terrace! Nice assortment of brochures/ local information and recommendations. Very residential area, enjoyed dining out with locals rather than tourists. It's a nice town with slightly different vibe to the others...
It's a nice town with slightly different vibe to the others on the Camino, quite chilled and relaxed. Probably a good place for a rest day as the trails beforehand leave you quite dirty (in poor weather). Probably lots of history here also but didn't get time to explore. I ate at the Camino Portuguese which is a cafe bar/diner. There was fine dining in the town but that doesn always sit well with hiking the next day. Easy to get around on foot, better with a bike.

Padron is a small and charming town with real character.
Padron is a small and charming town with real character. The tree lined strip by the river is gorgeous, there are beautiful old churches and best of all, a decent selection of very very good restaurants. I stayed as part of the Camino and it was one of my favourite stops. There is a really nice buzz yet relaxed feel to the place.AcaesarUnited Kingdom - Scored 1010

My partner and I were just passing through on our way along the Camino so only stayed the night. There were certain restaurants like Pulperia Rial that were incredible and hospitality in local bars was fab but it’s not really a place you’d visit unless you were passing through!thompsonUnited Kingdom
