SO much nicer than it looks on arrival! Our room was huge and comfortable and spotlessly clean! The hotel interior was also really nice and the staff were all so very kind! Secure parking for our bikes! Strongly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing—surrounded by beautiful scenery. The owners and their family were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The view from just outside the hotel is truly breathtaking. Overall, a very nice place, and we really hope we can go back someday!

We wanted a hotel for one night near Ordizia to visit the market there. The Zelaa was fit for purpose. It was clean and comfortable, a reasonable price and we had free parking. Very close to the small town of Zaldibia (nice restaurants) and Ordizia.
