The view, basically beautiful place, the breakfast is recommended, really nice The room no frills but simplistic and felt like a step back in history - everything we needed for a most memorable stay staff was excellent- check in late went seamlessly per instructions- we will definitely come back for a longer stay

Stunning location, very friendly staff. Private beach is beautiful. Lovely pool and rooms were fantastic with balconies and very comfy beds. Cannot recommend enough. Walking distance to very nice bakery, shop and restaurants.

Fantastic hotel. Amenities good, staff brilliant, breakfast very good with excellent coffee. The location is perfect (ok, it was a very sunny weekend in September) for walks, swims and dinning in the village.

This place has views unlike any other hotel! It was one of the most lovely and whimsical places I’ve ever stayed. Behind the hotel is a beautiful mountain which seems to always have paragliding happening. The other side is the beautiful lake where you can sit on chairs right next to the water while you eat and drink wine. The character and history of the building was beautiful. The staff was excellent, especially the waiters and waitresses. I am vegan and my boyfriend vegetarian, they were more than happy to make us amazing meals! There is a plant based menu for dinner as well which we were so happy to see. The food is wonderful and beautifully presented. They have a nice parking lot for people who drive there and have bikes you can rent which I highly recommend. We will definitely try to return soon!

    Menthon-Saint-Bernard is a very small town but it has a bar, restaurants, bakers and a well-stocked "local" supermarket. People very friendly! Where nearby Annecy is a beautiful, bustling city, Menthon is better for those who prefer the relative peace of the lake and mountains, yet is only a half hour drive into the city. There is also a bus service. Obviously very popular with cyclists, it is a VERY cycle-friendly place! There were lots of annoying roadworks at the time of our visit. We ate at the hotel and at the Chalet by the lake - nice, chilled pub-grub type food.

    The location is fantastic, it is right on the lake with its own pontoon. The staff (there are a lot of them) are really helpful. The room was very well laid out with a large bedroom, amazing view and little balcony with 2 chairs, a closet, bathroom and separate loo. The hotel has electric bikes to hire, this is absolutely the best way to see the lake and get to Annecy town rather than by car.

    The location is stunning, at the heart of lake Annecy. The hotel has a private beach and very good spa facilities which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Also, from there you can get access to very nice hiking trails, make a tour around the lake by bycicle or go for walks through the cozy villages nearby. The restaurant and bar are also very good.

    What a beautiful place! I booked this hotel as a cheap pitstop on my way to the mountains. The attraction was the price but we will definitely return for the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the ease of parking and the lovely welcome from the staff. This place is right on the the lake, close to a fantastic restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
