- tv was great - professional staff - fast room service - food generally was delicious - the room was perfect (junior suite) - security of the card elevators is tremendous - the location is the best you can ask for - lobby is nice - concierge were helpful - had an issues with the rooms phone and it was exchanged immediately - overall an excellent and hospitable service

The hotel has a lot of charm. Starting with the shaded garden in front where you can wait if you arrive before check in. The room was very clean and mattress very comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect for the unusually hot weather in Nice. The staff was very attentive. Breakfast was delicious.

    The air conditioning was a big plus as it was 35 degrees outside. Free parking in a secure underground car park only 5 minutes walk away. Everything you need in the apartment which was very comfortable and roomy. Close to old town and harbour respectively. Very comfortable bed.

    Fabulous apartment, perfect location with a tram stop right outside which gets you onto the centre of Nice in a few minutes, cost is €1.70 per trip. Free parking in the secure underground car park very close was also a great thing to have. The owner was very kind and so thoughtful, and went over and above to make our stay so perfect. I will definitely stay again next time.

    Perfect location for attending an event at the Stade. Very comfortable bed and good balcony furniture. we spent the day by the lovely pool which is at the back of the building ,so nice and quiet. The gardens were very well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking in a secure car park or paid overnight parking in a garage. Very good tapas restaurant across the road.

    The hotel had air conditioning which helped a lot because it was hot outside. The room was decent, comfortable and a plus point is that you can't hear the traffic outside. Very rich and delicious breakfast and the fact that they have underground parking is a big plus. The parking space must be booked in advance and costs quite a bit given that free parking in the area is very hard to find.
