Everything was beautiful and the food was GREAT. Be aware the location is out in country so once you are there, you will probably be staying there for meals, etc. unless you use their transport. Location was stunning and very relaxing.

From the moment we pulled up to the iron gated entry we were greeted with a lovely welcome and cool cloths to wipe our hands. The staff cannot be friendlier and there to assist with reservations the shuttle into town was a tremendous perk. Being in St Tropez in this amazing property was a highlight of our trip to the South of France. If I had one slight negative it would be the complimentary breakfast, we have traveled through Italy many times and always looked forward to the elaborate buffet. I totally recommend this property. Fantastic location, just short walk to marina and town. Easy access to all restaurants and shopping. The hotel is beautiful and only 4 floors so it is not overwhelming. Rooms are very large and plenty of space for everything .Bathrooms are large and roomy, you will not feel crowded in the least at this hotel. Housekeeping comes by at least twice a day, in the evening for a nightly turndown service. They even folded clothes that the kids left messy in their rooms. Also have privacy buttons so that they will not enter if you wish. With all that , it is the staff that makes this hotel the best. The front desk escort and show you around the room, the concierge and doormen are friendly and helpful.

We loved everything about our stay here. From fast responses to any questions to adjustments to late check-in more than 2 hours due to flight delays. It’s exactly as the pictures depict and the air conditioning was perfect during a heat wave at the end of June reaching 38C. The breakfast is well worthwhile at 15€ with delicious coffee. We were on the first floor (essential for our many heavy suitcases) and enjoyed our secluded balcony everyday. Yet the best part was Paul and any of the staff who went above and beyond refilling my zest for ice, to beach towels and even a loaning 2 chairs to sit through my nephews orchestra performance just steps away. This is French at its finest. Although we took French classes prior to this trip, we were also glad all the staff were also fluent in English.
