Demeure des Vieux Bains is located in the medieval village of Provins, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and offers B&B accommodations. Our room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Shower is excellent! Breakfast was very good (yogurt, baguette, cheese, meat, coffee, tea). Location of the inn is very convenient to the train and to the old part of Provins. The innkeeper is very friendly and provided great service.

I chose Provins because I was looking for a place close to,CDG, without going through Paris, and am I glad I did! Provins is a UNESCO site and one of its main industry is roses - who knew! Many of the building are timbered and the town has a nice air about it.
Prrovins is an old French town with a great walking tour. The locals do not speak English, except at some of the hotels. They are very friendly but at least have a basic understanding of French language, restroom, food, etc. The catacombs and walking tour for the churches and architecture are sites to see.
I visited Provins back in the 1980s when I was a student in Paris. Enjoyed visiting again with my daughter. We visited on a Monday in December so only the Tour de César was open. Still it was fun to walk around this beautiful town. Having a few museums open would have made our stay nicer, but we still have no regrets about spending one of our few days in France there.

There is so much to like! The apartments are fabulous with so many thoughtful touches. The linens are nice and thick and the towels are thick. The building is well located in town and walking distance to shops, restaurants, tourists attractions, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and breakfast is delivered in a lovely linen covered basket at your door. It is a perfect "welcome to France" location.

Provins is a Unesco town, very interesting, large medieval city centre. The hotel is in the old public baths of the city. 500 years old, like staying in a museum, old wooden panels and so forth, but updated with modern facilities. A cluster of buildings in a peaceful yard. Great experience, nice and cosy place, friendly and helpful owners. Great value for money.

Wonderful, uniquely decorated apartment. Very comfortable beds, a very spacious 3-bed apartment, well stocked kitchen. The owner Caroline is wonderfully friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. A 5-min walk to the sights of the “new town” and from there just a few mins walk to the sights of the “medieval town” of Provins.

What a nice hotel! I travel a lot and this hotel was a real positive surprise. Very nice staff, beautiful old building with a very new and stylish interior. Very comfortable rooms, very silent air condition, and overall extremely quite so you feel really relaxed.

Beautiful building and grounds. The Manager was friendly. Provins is a beautiful town well worth visiting, especially in the Summer during the main season for the Son-et-Lumiere and evening extravaganza's, but was just fabulous in October too.

it is in an excellent location for a visit to Provins, quiet, it has an indoor pool which is an excellent distraction for children, luckily unoccupied when we used it given the pool's size
