Hi :) I am ranking this hotel around 4 out of 10, because of the following reasons. 1. I had 2 rooms confirmation by booking.com clearly mentioning the number of people and the payment, however, hotel was insisting that I have booked for 3 persons. After half day chat, it fixed finally which was so annoying,.. 2. They forgot to clean our rooms 2 times, I notified them at the first time, however it happened for the second time as well. They said that they will give us the 50% discount for one night and it did not happen in a proper way. They paid super small portion(much less than 50%) only for one room instead of 2 rooms. 3. They forgot almost everyday to fill the refreshments includning water and teas. I had to call them many times to bring us stuffs. 4. I didnt like the cleaness of the room as I expected form the published pictures. But the location was good in a way that it was 2 minutes to the subway station. Breakfast was good to Ok , depending on your expectations.

Nothing. Our experience was very mediocre, but the last day was the icing on the cake. I left a pair of Gucci shoes that I had just bought before this trip on the floor, between my bed and the windows. I was moving too fast and forgot to pack them. I realized when I was in the Uber, almost at the airport, and it was too late to go back. I called the hotel with hopes that they could retrieve them and send them to me, but what followed was the worst unprofessionalism you can imagine. I spoke with Uffein, the manager at the desk at that moment. Guess what? The shoes were missing, they had mysteriously disappeared. I got so mad, these shoes were expensive and I made a big effort to buy them, they were beautiful and special and I had only worn them once. This person said they had sent someone to the room and the shoes weren't there. If I had any doubt about what I was saying, I would have simply said thank you for looking, but I KNEW exactly where I left them and when, and between whoever was in charge of reviewing the room, or cleaning them, or the people I told on the phone (I also spoke to a lady but I don't know her name), someone blatantly STOLE my shoes. My hard-earned shoes. So you've been warned, if it's cheap, it's for a reason. Do not expect any decency from this brand and its employees. I of course tried to escalate this with their corporate offices, but the phone number I was given leads to nowhere... So great job, B&B Hotels, I will make sure I never stay with you again. PS: I wish they had recordings of the phone conversation and video of whoever entered my room after I left. What a disgrace!

    I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in France. Everything was perfect – from the comfortable and clean rooms to the peaceful atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. They were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – it was an unforgettable experience!

    Good location. Rooms are clean. Breakfast are below expectations. If you arrive bit late you would get half of the breakfast missing and glasses were too smelly I think washing them with left over eggs.An average hotel with very good location as metro on the doorstep.

    Their service was awesome and special recognition to Ahlem Zerman (a front desk staff) who usually treated us with respect and dignity, she is well fluent in English communication and she really made our experience worthwhile

    Visiting SIAL 2024 Exhibition, the journey from hotel to SIAL takes approx. 45 Min. by public transport, the center of Paris is approx. 30 Min. by underground, which station is near to the B&B Hotel. Mornings are mostly medium quality dishes, so-called continental breakfast can be found in the restaurant at the ground-floor.

    GOGLE IT , DO NOT TAKE MY WORD. Saint Denis is the most dangerous neighborhood in the whole COUNTRY . We got robbed 50 meters from the Hotel. We were tried to be mugged , the very next day , AT THE DOOR OF THE HOTEL by two guys on a scooter. It is so dangerous that you can not use public transportation , you need to use UBER to be safe, which makes 80 DOLLARS PER DAY MORE EXPENSIVE YOUR STAY ( 40 to leave, 40 to return ) . JUST RENT IN A BETTER AREA, even if it is a bit more expensive, at the end , it will resut cheaper....

    St Denis is ok,my friends and I wanted to see Paris and that was good, the hotel was great and ST Denis was good only that if you like hanging out late this would be a good choice,places close before 12 mid night.

    Apartment in excellent condition as its new build , large 2 bedrooms and overall very clean homely place to stay, the best balcony as watching sunset in afternoon August . Plenty of cups , cutlery and plenty plates and cooking pots/ pans. Fast wifi connections . Separate toilet and large shower room also washing machine . Shops nearby and a bakery sell best croissants & tuna sandwich / cakes. Just good 15 mins walk to Stade de France Stadium for 2024 Paris Olympics . We had enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend the place.

    Room comfortable and quick check in / out. Modern hotel. Metro couple of mins over road to hotel so easy to get into central Paris. Wouldn’t walk around local area apart from if going to Stade de France and there are others around. Breakfast was really good - fresh bread, cheeses, great choices of hot and cold. Didn’t rush you or restrict visits so my daughter had multiple trips as she had missed out on dinner previous night!!

    The hotel was amazing! I came with my friends and we had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The cleaning lady on our floor was very kind, and the receptionists were extremely helpful. If I come to Paris again, I would definitely stay here and highly recommend it to others.

    No frills accommodation. Clean room, relatively spacious for Paris. Comfortable bed. Very close to Stade de France stadium, about 5/7 min walk, so it’s ideal if you’re watching games there. Also about 5 minute walk to the station, and one stop later you’re at Gare du Nord.
