Room was a great size and gorgeous too. Nice additions like biscuits, bath robes etc. the roll top bath was great as was the walk in shower and bathroom size. The car park was secured with security barriers which you can buzz through to someone to let you in and out. Great place to stay and I'd highly recommend

The breakfast was varied and just great. The crew, as they call themselves, were excellent and this modern Hotel had all the facilities I/we needead. The asian menu at the restaurant (the Lair) was brilliant. The location is close to the center and was a free circle line bus (Green hop on, hop off).

Staff were all very nice and seemed to enjoy their work. They all had a smile on their face, which shows a good working culture as well. We had a very short stay as arrived at 1am and left in the morning at 11am, due to commitments but enjoyed the few hours we spent at the hotel. Room and hotel itself were very clean, breakfast was nice. Facilities in room were good, bottled water provided, tea and coffee making facilities included despite some reviews saying its not provided. We were pleasantly surprised during our stay here. We will definitely come back for another longer stay when visiting Leicester in the future.
