Very friendly, welcoming staff. Beautiful inn with historical character. Very comfortable rooms and beds with modern bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. Adequate free parking in the lot outside. Very nice small touches like a small thermos of fresh milk left outside the door every morning for tea. Absolutely outstanding fully cooked breakfast supplemented with Continental breakfast items as well. An additional plus was the absolutely delicious evening meals available in the Restaurant/Pub located downstairs. The chef running the kitchen is clearly very talented. The Queen's Inn surpassed our expectations on all counts, and we would highly recommend it as a great place to stay.

Great staff, sorted out the problem caused by incorrect information provided by Booking.com without any trouble at all. Good location on the High Street, good choice of beers and wines and very nice food. Really good choice for breakfast. Will be back next time I visit this neck of the woods.

Such a lovely night away. Pub has a lovely atmosphere, very busy and the tasting menu was delicious. Room was spacious and very clean with lots of lovely thought out bits, can definitely feel a lot of thought has gone into the rooms. Everyone we met was very friendly, especially Oscar who served us, what a star! Would love to stay again!

It was centrally located. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Having an evening meal option on site was lovely and they had some excellent choices.

Amazing cottage with plenty of space and perfect as we had two dogs with us. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options and the staff were so helpful and attentive. We loved everything about this place and will definitely come back.
