We had a lovely stay. The pub is so cosy and served great drinks and food, and the room had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable.

We loved the atmosphere and the interior design of the structure. Amanda was lovely and her cuisine is wow! A place that will remain in our hearts.

This was a last minute emergency booking and we really landed on our feet. Lovely welcoming staff. Hedgehog room was a great size for a family of four, warm and clean. Bathroom facilities were spot on, great separate shower, lovely large bath that filled quickly with piping hot water, the bathroom was also spotless. Plenty of water and teabags provided, and biscuits too! The beds were comfy. Lovely quiet stay for the night and we'd love to stay again - recommend!

The staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary biscuits were amazing. I wish they’d had bags of them for sale! The breakfast was also amazing, the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted. The hotel was in an excellent location. A short walk into beautiful Southwold. We would definitely love to stay again.

Well the breakfast was amazing Room was lovely .Comfortable bed .Dinner perhaps a bit expensive but worth it .The staff were very friendly Two minutes from the beach.Easy free parking .Love to go back again .

Right in the centre of town and with a fabulous restaurant, this was a great place to stay to visit friends in Southwold.

We were given a very warm welcome by reception and a friendly 'butler'. The room was excellent with a nide fresh decor and nice little touches like a draughts set and a bottle of gin to take home. Being Adnams, the beer is excellent and there's a wide choice of drinks in the bar. The food and front of house staff in the restaurant was excellent too. Altogether an impeccable stay.
