Location and staff were excellent

The hotel is very quirky and has some very interesting rooms, furniture and items. The complimentary prosecco upon arrival was a lovely surprise. Both the evening meal and the breakfast were very professionally prepared and served also in a very interesting room full of atmosphere.

Amazing location, amazing staff! It was incredible!

We had a room in the smallest category on the top floor and were very happy with it. It was cosy, well designed, with a functional bathroom that even Had a bathtub. We loved the little details like the record player, the doll house with the coffee maker and the snacks from the pantry. The staff at No. 15 was exceptionally helpful and kind. We even got a little surprise in our room because it was my birthday.

Wonderful cozy room in a townhouse B&B. Excellent pub next door (owned by the same group) and exceptional breakfast provided in the mornings. The complementary small bottle of prosecco and beer was a nice touch. We only stayed one night, but wish it could have been longer!

Space, location, value for money, amazing and helpful staff

The hotel looks more like the stately home it once was, rather than a hotel, and the level of service and luxury matches its ambience. The care taken by the staff in making sure that my allergies were recognised and catered for was outstanding. The dinners were delicious, in a beautiful dining room overlooking the gardens. Breakfast buffet was magnificent and there was no need for lunches while viewing Bath. There is a bus stop, which is recommended, as parking in Bath is not easy. I drove to a hop-on, hop-off stop outside of Bath and then used that to tour.

Convenient facilities, parking area, pool and gym

We've visited the Bird several time before only for, dinner and event nights never been disappointed, excellent service, food. We decided to stay here this time, just for a night as its in a great location, short walk into Bath centre. We were welcomed by friendly staff, checked it and taken to our room, which was very clean, spacious and excellent view looking towards Bath Rugby field, great view. The bed, sheets etc very comfortable. What we love about the Bird is the staff, they are extremely friendly, well mannered and what to make sure you are having and enjoyable stay with them. Their outside patio is spacious comfortable and really nice to sit have a drink, which are always well made. We had breakfast in the morning, the staff again fantastic, food excellent. If visiting Bath and want a lovely place to stay, we'd higy recommend the Bird. Thanks to all the staff for your excellent service.

Luxury facilities and wonderful staff

It was very cozy and clean, with a fantastic location. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the price was amazing! I will definitely come back and highly recommend it!
