Bushmills Inn Hotel & Restaurant is a former coaching inn dating back to the 1600s, offering free private parking and an on-site bar, restaurant and cinema. We had a fabulous overnight stay at the Bushmills hotel. Our only regret is not staying longer. We were upgraded to a lovely, spacious suite with a Garden view (room 205). The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was superb for both dinner and breakfast. A must-stay during your trip to Giants Causeway and Northern Ireland!

The staff are top notch, the room was massive and comfy very clean. We arrived early (we assumed there would be high traffic but it was clear) and were accommodated early. The food was excellent, we recommend the pork medallions and steak and ale pie!! The room had a wonderful view and could easily sleep 4! I really can't say enough good things here, we were very impressed with how attentive they are despite all the challenges with Covid etc. We will certainly be booking again! Parking is easy. Lovely wide street. Super shops. Coffee shops like nowhere else. Best fish and chips ever. Hotel if you want one. No distance toGiants Causeway Also worth exploring: Ballycastle, Benvardin Garden, Dark Hedges, hide beaches on Atlantic coast. Good road to Belfast: a little over an hour. Limavady, Ballymoney also worth exploring. Food in Giants Causeway hotel is fabulous.
A lovely quaint village with a wealth of good restaurants and pubs. We had a delicious meal in Tartine Restaurant. It was great va,use fir money. It is a great base to visit all of the fantastic tourist sights on the North Coast.
We hired a car which is ideal for the area. We were about half hour from many places to visit. Would do exactly the same again, cant wait to go again. Ate out at the Smugglers Inn on the coast, which was lovely.
Bushmills is not an extrordanary town. The Giant's Causeway is well worth a visit. I feel that we were misled by the reviews on the hotel and didn't get the friendly feel of the place that other reviewers found. There are other hotels other than The Smugglers Inn and I would try them first if I ws to return.
Bushmills is a quant village on the edge of some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, including the Giants Causeway and the Glens of Antrim. It is also close to the world-famous Portrush golf course, home of the British Open a couple of years ago.
Good parking. Plenty of restaurants/eating places. Locals helpful and friendly. Busy - but not as much as “pre-pandemic” year's! Convenient to Portballantrae, Portrush and Portstewart. Near to the Giants Csuseway. Good choice of hotels nearby. I always enjoy it when holidaying on the North Antrim Coast! Recommended! I

The Smuggler's Inn was perfect for a little get away with my partner. The building is lovely and the staff were very helpful. There was live music when we got back to the hotel after dinner in Bushmills village which was a lovely added extra! The room was spacious and had the most gorgeous view! We realised quite quickly we needed to pre-book taxis, Bush Taxis were great! You can walk into the village, which we did, but half of the walk is without pavements. Breakfast was great, choice of cereal and cooked.

You will struggle to find accommodation in Northern Ireland that offers such comfort, hospitality and value-for-money. The perfect space for a couple, the cottage is tucked just outside of Bushmills but within easy access of Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle and so many beautiful walks. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the very best it could be; we'll be sure to return very soon!
