Only a 2-minute walk from Bushmills center, Portcaman House offers free parking and it is conveniently located to reach the spectacular Giant’s Causeway, 4 and half miles away. The owner was very very friendly and gave us many ideas for great places to visit. The location is perfect: near the old Bushmils factory, the coast, the Giant’s coastway, many castles and beatiful places. The property is very clean and seems newbuilt.
Within 10 minutes’ walk of the Giant’s Causeway World Heritage Site, the Ballylinny Holiday Cottages offer beautiful country views. A flat-screen TV is featured in the wooden-floored lounge. Lovely stay, the cottages are beautiful and have a wonderful view. Super clean and comfortable.

Quaint village atmosphere. Bush mills brewery in town centre with tastings . Beautiful pubs and fish n chips . Right on the coast with ruined castle and lots of beautiful landscapes . Giant causeway is a must to see .
Fantastic scenery around this area. Handy for Dunluce Castle, Rathin Island, Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede, Ballintoy Harbour, Dark Hedges. Lovely cafes and restaurants catering to all budgets. Beautiful beaches. Charming hospitality
Excellent location to see all the sites, including the Giant's Causeway, Carrick on Bede, and the Bushmills distillery. However, due largely to staff shortages, a number of pubs and eating places were closed during the week. Lorna's Kitchen in the town centre is a great place to eat during the day - wonderful service and terrific food for a very reasonable price. Note: the restaurant at the Bushmills distillery is closed, and the pub only provides tastings.
It is perfectly close to the Giant's causeway. Small, clean bedroom with en suite shower. Showerhead was broken. Noisy in the late evening and the morning: you hear the opposite and adjaceng neighbours. Breakfast fine, the coffee was pour.
Bushmills is a small town with eating places shops hotels a hostel bars , i have been here many times over the years i find it is ideal as a base for traveling further afield I would say it is ideal if looking for a relaxing break for couples etc there is not much in the way of anything ti amuse children or teenagers. I found Bushmills brewery interesting.
Was not very impressed by Bushmills, passed through on way to holiday home, found all bunting and Union Jack flags a bit intimidating. Was planning on Visiting the distillery but changed my mind. Would not recommend Bushmills and would be slow to buy Whiskey too.
Great place to stay to be near the Causeway and coast and not pay the exorbitant prices of the Causeway Hotel and the like. Very comfortable and clean rooms, and a tremendous and delicious breakfast. We took a bus from just up the road to the Carrick-a-Rede bridge and then hiked about 13 miles back to our hotel room--stunning! The owner and her mom were friendly and helpful, and the location is gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
We had a room with panoramic sea views and plenty of space , pillows and bed were firmer than we would have liked but the hotel got us some softer ones . Staff were friendly and professional. There was a well stocked bar but disappointing wine list and the red wine we chose from South Africa was of a poor quality . Dinner menu in the restaurant was limited but breakfast was excellent .
You cannot get a better location, the hotel is right beside the giant’s causeway. The breakfast was very substantial, lots of choice and big portions and the staff were excellent. Extremely friendly staff throughout the hotel. The patio areas for a number of bedrooms was a real bonus, what a view to enjoy over a morning coffee.
Great breakfast! Wonderful host! 2 minute walk to The Old Bushmills Distillery. Super quiet home. Joyce was welcoming and quick on a good place for a pint. (Finn MacCool’s Public house!) Pleasant decor and a comfortable bed. The parking of street was nice. The location was fantastic for everything in the area.
5 mins drive from Giants Causeway - big well ventilated rooms and high ceilings plenty of space sea breeze just off the main road easy to find... wonderful breakfast in front dining area and good morning light plenty of car park space and traditional pub at the back
Great staff lovely place could see the causeway hotel lovely view very clean cozy beds and great heating system nothing was left to be sorted fridge was on and great instructions in cottages to explain how to work heating also got great nights sleep no noisy traffic and great nights sleep
Super friendly owner, really engaged with the currently situation with Northern Ireland. It's in a fantastic location too, right on the Ulster Way and beside the causeway. This would be a great place for groups. Place has loads of potential.
It’s a nice homey feel and close to the Giant’s Causeway and Dunluce Castle. The owner was friendly even though a little overwhelmed when we arrived. The bar area was a great place to hang out, everyone was really friendly
I liked the location of this hostel. It was very easy to catch busses and access trains just one city away. It was also very close to the coast, and I was even surprised at how walkable the area was.
Great location in a beautiful scenic part of the world. Accommodation is comfortable, warm and spacious. Easy access to towns of Bushmills and Portrush with nice restaurants etc.
Beautiful hotel Fabulous food Staff very nice Relaxing break - just wasn’t long enough unfortunately and nice little shops in Bushmills to pass a few hours strolling around
Loads of space for parking. Lovely room and very clean. Great shower. Breakfast was lovely. Excellent location whilst on our road trip of Northern Ireland.
Great family-run B&B, very accommodating and helpful host, all in all an exceptional stay in Bushmills.
Close to area attractions. Friendly staff.
