Located on the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Giants Causeway, in Bushmills, Causeway Hotel offers en suite accommodations, a bar, a restaurant and 24-hour front desk. I loved everything. Free entry to the Giant’s Causeway center, free parking and the scenery was breathtaking! Delicious restaurant.
Bushmills Inn Hotel & Restaurant is a former coaching inn dating back to the 1600s, offering free private parking and an on-site bar, restaurant and cinema. Everything from the staff and surroundings to the food wasjust excellent....especially the sticky toffee pudding! This was one of the nicest places we ever stayed!
Set in Bushmills, 1.4 mi from Giants Causeway, Causeway Smithy B&B features accommodations with a terrace. This bed and breakfast features free WiFi and a shared lounge. This B&B is so nice and so perfectly located for our itinerary. The hostess is so sweet, I only wish I had more time to spend at her lovely B&B! Bushmill is just a little over a mile away with the Distillery which was a fun tour. We had a wonderful meal at the Bushmill Inn, there are grocery stores in Bushmill which was convenient for us since we wanted to pick up some wine and snacks to bring back to the B&B, there are also a couple of free ATM's in town which is also convenient! The Giant's Causeway was also just a little over a mile away and was a fantastic experience! So many other great locations and experiences nearby as well. This is truly a perfect stopping point along the Coastal Causeway. The room was great, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely recommend this B&B!
Located on a stunning coastal location on the Causeway Coastal Route, The Smugglers Inn is a family-run hotel offering bed and breakfast accommodations and free private parking on site. Fantastic location very close to Giants Causeway. fabulous view, large room and fun bar/restaurant. We loved everything about Smuggler's Inn.
Located along the scenic North Coast, Ulster Cottages are set in rural surroundings and offer free on-site parking and a garden with BBQ facilities. This was a surprisingly amazing property. We booked at the last minute to add to our Northern Ireland trip. So happy we did. Only regret is that we could not stay here longer!! Will & have already recommended! Host is so helpful and welcoming - provided excelent local tips on where/what/when to visit.
Within 10 minutes’ walk of the Giant’s Causeway World Heritage Site, the 3-star Ballylinny Holiday Cottages offer beautiful country views. A flat-screen TV is featured in the wooden-floored lounge. The cottage is huge, clean and have full facilities such as kitchen, wifi and washing machine. The staff is helpful and answer every question that I have.
On average, 3-star hotels in Bushmills cost $181 per night, and 4-star hotels in Bushmills are $213 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Bushmills can be found for $168 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
Easy to get to and easy to find independently. There is a pleasant café with the usual fayre. I would have thought there would be more directly associated with Bushmills eg cakes, cheesecakes, biscuits and the products available to buy from the shop. The tours are well organised and informative however no photos to be taken when on the tour. This must be a mecca for some and there is the opportunity to taste a whiskey included in the admission. So my partner got to sample two different whiskeys as I do not like whiskey - so this opportunity was welcomed by him.
Bushmills is such a wonderful little town right in the middle of the Causeway Coastal Route so it is a perfect home-base to explore the coast. I highly recommend either renting a car or getting the iLink card for unlimited use of buses and trains to get around. The town is small and picturesque, and fun to explore. A majority of the restaurants are take-away as opposed to sit-down. Most of the major attractions along the route include at least a little (if not a lot of) walking to enjoy, but they are all so very worth it. I highly recommend Dunluce Castle, Mussenden Temple, the Giants Causeway, and the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, all of which charge a nominal fee. There are also plenty of free sites such of Whiterocks park, Balintoy Harbour, and Kinbane Castle. Make sure to stop by the Visit Ireland visitor center, they will give you all kinds of information and recommendations.
Bushmills is great for a 2 to 3 day stay. Several sites to see, plenty of beautiful scenery. Fantastic hiking. If you are a fan of Game of Thrones then you should visit. I’ve never seen the show but apparently much of it is filmed in the surrounding areas. The Causeway is spectacular and you can hike for miles or just sit at the sea! The Bushmills distillery is great history and if you like whiskey ( which I do) then you’re in the right spot. Tip for the Causeway, it only costs money to park or go in their visitors center. You can just walk in for free. But it’s very expensive to park. We stayed close by so we walked. You can also take the bus right to the Causeway.
Certainly there are many great sights to visit near Bushmills. The town doesn't have a lot to offer but the area does. the travel info center was very helpful. We enjoyed the Giant's Causeway, The rope bridge. and The Dunluce Castle and a brief visit to the Distillery.
Beautiful little town in NI. We love visiting the Giants Causeway and this trip, we stayed in a hotel next to it. Had an early morning start and first ones there, so had it all to ourselves! The hotel was nice too and had an excellent dinner there! We also did the Bushmills whiskey tour. Found that very interesting as well. Due to the wintery/wet weather and wind, we didn't visit Carrick rope bridge on this visit, but it's a must do as well! Love Bushmills!
It is a Charming small town. Good variety of different types of Accommodations. Several really good restaurants in town. Bushmills Distillery worth a visit. Really close to Giants Causeway which one should not miss. Also drive aroud the Antrim Coast for Spectacular scenery.

Location is central in Bushmills, 5 minutes walk to the distillery. Friendly staff and met some other travellers who were also friendly, good atmosphere all round. Recommended a nice restaurant down the road, very good food and service but a little expensive.

The location is just perfect (in front of the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre: I was very tired after walking all the Causeway Coastal Walk and I was super happy to find the hostel so close). I could even have some warm food prepared for me when I arrived. Nice atmosphere, welcoming staff, great view and nice rooms. 10/10!
