Friendly host, large bath towels are a thumbs up for me too. Shower gels, shampoo, body lotion supplied.

Great location, near the centre of town and Cental Station. Great breakfast. Historical building but with lift, if you are staying in the upper floors.

Beautiful clean room, right opposite Exeter Central Station! The beds were comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff and facilities were amazing...nothing was a problem and the rooms were beautifully set up with a beautiful coffee machine and fresh water along with treats you could purchase...very well done. Breakfast was also amazing in restaurant.

The staff was excellent. All of them kind and smiling and willing to help. The position was excellent, very near the Cathedral and the Quay. We have had very good breakfasts, and free snacks and water were always available in the hall and the bar. The restaurant served very good food. A parking was available behind the corner for only 10 pounds per night.
