B's Place has to be one of the best B&B's we've stayed in - Sam is such a friendly host, and offers a unique home from home experience. Our room (No.6 Thyme) was very spacious, immaculately clean and finished to a very high standard, with the added bonus of a lovely sea view. We loved the extra little touches in the room on our arrival - the freshly baked muffins and chocolates were a nice surprise. There was also a very generous hospitality tray with a wonderful array of teas and coffees. The tasty breakfast was fantastic, plentiful and hit the spot perfectly. Location is ideal, close to the promenade and local shops. All in all, fabulous value for money, and definitely deserves a 10/10.

Everything. Vicki was amazing. She communicated with us as soon as we booked to give us some information and to let us know that she was happy to help if we needed anything. The Flat is within walking distance of the train station, arcades, shops etc. It was very comfortable inside and had everything we needed. We can't recommend it enough! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are lovely, the kitchen and living spaces had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the flat (as we had some rain). Definitely suitable for families as she had provided games, colouring books, pencils etc. Overall, Vicki has made a lovely flat and we feel so lucky that we were able to stay as her guests. Our 6 year old loved it just as much as we did. The price of the stay was great too! The stay was definitely worth the price!

The Guest House was was very Boutique, it was spotless and the rooms very comfortable. Tace and Carl were the perfect hosts, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was continental only, which suited us as we had to leave early. Lovely fresh fruit and warm croissants and the best coffee! If you want a full English there are plenty of places to eat and in the room there was a list of recommendations for places to eat. Although there is no onsite parking, like most Guest houses, Carl personally showed us where to park for free in the side road only a few hundred yards from the accommodation. There was also two hotels at the end of the road with car parks if you are willing to pay £15 per day. There is also an EV charging station only a few hundred yards from the guest house which was great.

    Location is excellent 3 minutes to all amenities and beach , park. Car parking on site .. breakfast is very good , beds comfy , rooms are very warm. Fans are supplied, en-suite bathroom facilities are very clean , good shower pressure. Fantastic hosts..... you won't be disappointed with your choice to stay.
