Very unpleasant experience, bad smells in both bedroom...
Very unpleasant experience, bad smells in both bedroom spoiled our stay. Even after the complaints, action taken after complete one day and one night, still the smell was persistent, there were spiders found in main bedroom near bed, my three year old son terrified by this incident and got scared of staying in hotels, there were no compensation or complimentary provided by hotel management. We are not going to recommend this property to anyone in the future.

Ruislip was a lovely part of greater London with lots of nearby facilities, including a park, shops, restaurants and a tube station (on the Piccadilly Line) The apartment was on a leafy residential street and was very homely

Great location very convenient to the tube and train station...
Great location very convenient to the tube and train station in South Ruislip. Two grocery stores and plenty of dining options are within walking distance. However, the cleanliness, local neighborhood and overall noise was difficult to get over especially during the hot summer months. I would not consider this a luxury apartment and would certainly not recommend it to any of my friends or family, unless improvements were made. I consider myself to be rather accommodating, but was very disappointed.

Ruislip is handy for the motorways.
Ruislip is handy for the motorways. It's also handy for the Central Line, so it does not take long to reach the centre of London. It is also handy for the Chiltern Line if needed to reach Wembley.

Ruislip has much to offer - relax, walk or ride the model railway at the Lido, look at the beautiful 16th century cottages, visit the Norman church (St Martin's), eat /drink in the many pubs and restaurants, explore the shops in the High Street or take the underground train to Uxbridge, Harrow or Watford shopping centres. Visit the local theatre or take a train to London for much more entertainment & sightseeing. To enjoy an exciting football match, visit Vicarage Rd to see Watford play. Warning:you might be tempted to move there! I stayed 46years☺️.

Lots of sofas downstairs as well as opportunity to use the communal kitchen. This makes it a very practical choice. Moreover, it was a short walk (8 minutes) to the tube where there are regular trains to central London - also there is Sainsbury's nearby. It is a fairly short distance from Heathrow. Lastly, the cost seems low for the location within reach of London. The host is aiming to please.

One nice big TV with streaming services as well. There is a decent selection of cooking pans and one small fry pan. I was able to park off the road for the duration of my stay and Jeanne was available to answer any questions I had. The rooms were immaculate, fantastic. Will definitely stay again if we need to come up to London again.
