Loved the historical atmosphere of the hotel and the uniqueness of the rooms & shared spaces. The staff were extremely pleasant, the breakfast was scrumptious & and the shower was so powerful it was like having a massage while showering!

The staff were very welcoming and made the check-in process quick and easy. At the entrance, there is a lovely library with novels and motivational books, which creates a very warm and thoughtful first impression. The common areas are amazing—spotlessly clean and very well maintained. My single bedroom was cozy, and the heater worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast that was included. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good. We had a light lunch which was good. The room was a good size. Location easy to navigate getting to Wembley. Would stay again.

The staff in the reception was really helpful. I forgot to ask his name but he helped us carrying our belongings (which was a lot) to the second floor. He also helped us find a temporary storage for our luggages while we’re waiting for our car before we moved out. Wanted to say thank you and good bye when we left, but he was not there when our transport arrived. Very decent hotel, very helpful staff, and good value for money.

The bar and food was fab! The staff are so welcoming. Tge rooms are lovely and clean. Quiet location not far to travel and yet we felt like we were away!
