The breakfast was very varied and constantly being refreshed. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. We thought the location would be an issue but it was so close to a bus stop and easy access to the tube. Areas for walking too so that was nice. Great soundproofing so couldn’t hear planes taking off and landing even though it was right outside. Lovely large rooms - think it was the junior suite. Fitness centre was small but well equipped with equipment. There were towels there and lots of water if needed.

The grond floor areas area also very handy - good food at the restaurant, and great spaces to be able to work if you need a small "office". I will come back again and recomend.
