I had a lovely week in Silverstone.
I had a lovely week in Silverstone. It started with a visit to the track for a sportscar race and ended with a running race (both went well). Location was amazing. 2 mins walk to main gates. Good facilities next door at the campsite. Huts as described and pictured. Bathrooms functioned well. Recommend to anyone who does not want to fight the traffic twice a day. If you can, bring your own bedding.

Thé room was not as pictured although it was very nice & very clean. There is no restaurant as such as you eat in the clubhouse with lots of golfers who have just finished their round and have a pint & packet of crisps before setting off home. It is a very male environment which some ladies may not enjoy. The food served is as you would expect in a pub. You can also chose to have a sausage roll from the hot cupboard that is on the bar !
