Beautiful spotless, cozy home from home feel, Maxine the host does an exceptional job, lovely and down to earth, she clearly works hard to keep it he hotel in tip top condition. Nothing was too much trouble, the bed was beyond amazing. Warm cozy. When I come to visit my family I will never book elsewhere. Amazing honestly was blown away.

Fabulous location close to local shops, bars etc but views of lake and sand dunes Staff couldn’t do enough, always efficient and professional with a good measure of scouse humour. Room was huge, very clean and well equipped Excellent vfm

I was really impressed with this accommodation in Liverpool: a fantastic budget-friendly option that certainly doesn't compromise on quality. The interiors are spotless, newly renovated, and equipped with all the handy appliances you might need for a short stay. The support from the owners was spot on, always helpful and quick to respond to any needs. A massive bonus is the pub and restaurant situated right below the rooms: the staff are wonderful and incredibly kind, making you feel right at home instantly. Finally, the location is absolutely brilliant. It’s incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw from the metro, train, and bus stations, which makes getting around the city super easy. I highly recommend it!

Upgraded to the Presidential Suite which was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful, all facilities excellent.

Everything the place was amazing the staff were exceptional so helpful made sure our stay was amazing.Towels where giving on request when we need new ones and bins where changed to. Bed was lovely and comfortable

Close to Anfield. Staff really helpful. Exactly what I wanted staying with my two young teenage sons before watching Liverpool

Everything was perfect. The room was lovely with its huge comfy bed and great arrangement. One night we also had a cocktail at the Skybar and the view was amazing 😍

View of mersey was very calming. comfortable hotel room. Nice staff. Location on waterfront close to albert dock ,liver building, museum,mersey ferries.Liverpool city centre ,Mathew st ,cavern club all close a short walking distance away

Spotless clean made to feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Public transport very easy to use and various options. Took a ube from lime st only £7.50 would definitely recommend
