New, clean and stylish wooden cottage, very well equipped, comfortable beds, linens and shower. Kitchen is very good. Great view to the lake and fortress. Walking distance to the lake, and to a nearby supermarket and bakery. The lake was great to swim in, water bike, and just relax in the evening.

Everything I could have asked for in a lodging and more. Golden Cradle is a special gem unlike anywhere else I’ve stayed in my travels abroad. Aside from the obvious allure of staying in such a unique building it’s extra special for being next to a beautiful lake and having the most hospitable of hosts who really went out of their way to be accommodating and make me feel welcomed like family. I will absolutely be coming back.
