Amazing location, perfect base for trips to Abudelauri lakes and Shatili. We did also one more hike to mountain pastures above Biso. The owner family is great, we were there 4 nights with our 2 wild children, it was no problem. Marine prepared for us amazing dinners and rich breakfasts. We didn't need any other food. Be aware, there is no petrol station less than 40km, if you plan to reach Shatili, come with full tank. There is also lady in neighborhood which comes and try to sell some socks for children but she doesn't speak any other language so we thought she had some problem with our children. The view from upper terrace is amazing, exactly like Georgia is, wonderful nature on the background of soviet ruins.

Location is perfect! Wifi is INCREDIBLE - you can work here if you need! The construction is great! And there is everything you need for a fantastic stay - pots, pans, coffee, tea, HOT WATER, a heater, robes - seriously nothing was missing!!! There are some other places to stay in the area but after coming here, I know there are no better options!!

The room was super cozy and everything, including the bathrooms, was very clean. The bathroom is only shared with the neighboring room, but we were alone that night and had it for ourselves. The hosts are super nice, they even came looking for us when we turned up late and picked us up (!! August 2025: the road to Juta is still closed due to a landslide and stops 4km before Juta, but you can arrange with the hosts to drop you off or pick you up.) I can definitely recommend to stay here and explore this beautiful place in the mountains, the hiking tracks are great!
