I got a problem with my rental car and they were always help me and always support me. If you stay here you will see their friendly and genuine service like you’re staying with your family. Such a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view from the balcony. Our room was very comfortable and waking up to the view was everything! All amenities you would need were in the room. Lovely and very helpful people. The town itself is a pleasure to explore. Restaurants run by locals serving homemade food. A visit to Mestia is a must if visiting Georgia.
