For me Afitos is quite expensive compared to other Greek islands I have been to (Leros, Paros, Milos etc) which offered comparable more services with higher standards. Afitos is a beautiful Greek town with amazing restaurants, shops, bars and beaches. There are also a few supermarkets and bakeries which are good value. Afitos is really easy to walk around. There are some steep hills to get to the beach, but you can drive if you have a car. We hired a small boat for 3 hours which was really easy, and took a taxi to the local marina to pick this up. Also scuba diving in the area close by, and my daughter was picked up for the morning and dropped off safely. I'd recommend Norbert from Dive Club Kassandra who is PADI qualified and very quick to respond. We would definitely recommend as a quiet holiday getaway.Guest review byGillianUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Afitos is a wonderful place. There are beautiful beaches around. The restaurants and cafes are excellent. It is very enjoyable to walk around and you can find ice cream and coffee everywhere. Afitos is pretty touristic as it is close to neighbouring countries. The Tuesday morning market in Kassandria has a lot of local products and fresh fish.
