We had a wonderful stay at Vasteka House! The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures, which was a great first impression. It’s well-suited for two travelers, and while it could also work for two couples, a bit more storage space for clothes would make it even more comfortable. The terrace was definitely one of our favorite parts – it’s big and has an amazing view of the mountains, especially during sunset when the colors were just beautiful. It’s a great spot to chill in the evening with friends and a glass of wine. The house is in a quiet area of the town, so it’s really peaceful, and we were able to park right in the little front yard, which was very convenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He met us when we arrived and thoughtfully stocked the apartment with water, coffee, wine and fruit. He was always available throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, we highly recommend this place!

    This is a quiet resort which suited us well with plenty of tavernas along the beachfront. Very safe swimming. Sunbeds available to hire for a day. Good location too for visiting other parts of the island. It is not far off the main road that runs north to south. Rhodes town was 50 minutes away. We hired a car and found driving safe and easy to follow the routes. In Falaraki you can book boat trips but Haraki has boats for rent too.

    A quiet fishing village where the luxury of time, safety and a feeling of community and feeling envelops you. The pleasures of a simple life, the sea, good food, good company. So good to get out of the city. Here, children can play, sride their bikes up and down the main beach strip without parents worrying about the city dangers.

    Haraki is a small town with lots of tavernas, lovely for a quiet holiday away. The bay is like a horseshoe shape lined with tavernas. The backdrop is an ancient ruin acropolis and lit up at night, beautiful to see. The town is friendly and it felt many people return year after year. If you want to se more of Rhodes you would need to hire car or bike, or arrange some trips.

    Charaki is a very slow-pace, peaceful & paradise-like beach...

    Charaki is a very slow-pace, peaceful & paradise-like beach area. It takes some 50mins from airport to get to there by car. Public transport is not recommended cos the “nearest” bus stop is way to far especially when one has luggage on wheels (from own experience). Beach itself is priceless. Water is crystal clear cos of smooth pebble stones, also very calm as in a bay. Two supermarkets and a few restaurants available all within short walking distance. Book a taxi for some €20 and you are in next town Lindos where the Acropolis is. And for me personally, am so grateful there is no nightlife entertainment establishments there which is really quiet at night.

    I have been coming to Rhodes for over 10 years and always...

    I have been coming to Rhodes for over 10 years and always visit Haraki for day trips. This time I decided to stay for a week and loved everything. The sea was warm and inviting. The bars and restaurants were excellent and not pricey. The local shops had all that you needed for self catering. Just love the place!

    Popi, the host was extremely friendly. She welcomed us with fresh oranges, grapes, some sweets, oliver oil and cool beer in the fridge 😀. The appartement was very clean (and also cleaned two times during our stay of 7 nights), comfortable and well equipped. The location is very quiet with beautiful view to the castle and also not very far away from the center of Charaki. So overall we've enjoyed our stay and would choose this apartement again for our next stay in Charaki.

    What an amazing hotel and very friendly and helpful staff! Me and my friends can just recommend this hotel as one of the best maybe if not the best in Charaki!! We had an fabulous time there, we enjoyed every moment... awesome views and amazing place. We couldn't imagine that this small corner can bring us too much joy as we had, to be honest. Mo ✌️
