VERY HELPFUL FRIENDLY STAFF GREAT FACILITY

Excellent location, not in the city center, but near to beautiful beaches. Great breakfast and swimming pool area. Staff super nice!

The staff were very friendly positive and smiling people, the place of the hotel was in the perfect location.

Perfect location for a night. 15’ walk from the airport. Friendly staff. Reception was open when we arrived at 1am.

The hotel is very nice just the area is not entertaining. The stuff ladies are all lonely, kind and helpful. I will for sure go back when i am in Heraklion

Great price. Clean. 15/ 20 mins walk to centre. Air conditioning.

For me the people are the most important part! From check in to check out (and I stayed there my first night in Crete and my last night - twice!) everyone I was involved with was friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional!! The hotel is located right on the water by the large boat marina. My balcony overlooked that harbor and it seemed every time I looked up a huge ship had either come or gone. But they slip in and out so easily it’s great fun to watch. I had only thought I’d have an inexpensive place to stay after coming in late from Athens and leaving a week later on a morning flight. I don’t need lavish so I didn’t expect very much. But it was a clean, perfectly supplied facility and not very small. If I had business or plans to make Heraklion my center for activities, I’d be happy to have this accommodation for a week. And , as I started this review, its the people who make a perfectly efficient hotel into a “5 star “ experience. All my questions were answered perfectly and good advice was freely added which helped so much. As it turns out, there is a city bus which runs right from the airport to a block and a half from The Poseidon Hotel. (2Euro). It’s only a few kilometers away. I went back to the airport that waY, however, when I arrived, I took a taxi for 18 Euro. The bus was very fast and convenient so I will do that each time I return. And I will return to this hotel and say hi to Irini, the main person in charge, and I’m sure it will be a homecoming!

Clean room, with a perfect location. Near the center of the town (5-7min of walking). There was not a problem parking a car near the hotel. Recommended

This resort is exactly what it looks like from the photos, if not better. The location is extremely handy for those flying into Heraklion and it has exactly what we were looking for: peace, relaxation and beach (at 2 minutes). The staff truly go above and beyond, incredible service, especially at breakfast. Would love to gate-keep, but honestly I have to highly recommend.

We only stayed for a night but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable room, very tasty breakfast and spectacular view from the roof restaurant.

Everything—location in the old town, our room with a balcony overlooking a very lush and green park, the simple but very nourishing breakfast, the friendly service throughout the property (reception, restaurant, breakfast room)

The staff working in the breakfast area were extremely helpful and polite. The location is incredibly central, and having parking available right next to the hotel is also a great advantage.

It’s brand new hotel with smart technology. The interior design, and colour chooses by the designer give you a sense of relax and comfort. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. The breakfast excellent.

Seamless check in and Nikos was really helpful.
