It was in a good location, right between a supermarket and pharmacy just off the main road. The room was spacious and clean. They provided small amenities like clothes pins which was nice to use for laundry. The balcony was huge and air condition was good.
Just 262 feet from the sandy Stoupa Beach, the family-run Maistreli Hotel Apartments features a bar and a blossomed garden.

Stoupa is a pretty, small village resort on the Mani Peninsula. It has two excellent beaches, one in the main centre and one set in a stunning bay. A mountain range rises up behind the coastline with little villages tucked away. There are many walks in the mountains and along the coastal path with stunning views. Stoupa has many excellent tavernas suiting everyone’s taste and you will always receive a very warm welcome.

Very crowded village with narrow roads.
Very crowded village with narrow roads. A lot of noise during the night The worst thing is the beach of Kalogria, which 10 years back was one of the best beaches in the area. Unfortunately, the cafeterias and restaurants around the beach have used all the space, using seats and umbrellas to maximize their profits. The result is very bad...

Stoupa is not what you expect, unless you've been there.
Stoupa is not what you expect, unless you've been there. It's not a Greek fisher's village with white and blue houses and wide steps leading up and up to touristy stores and restaurants. It's just a very comfortable low-profiel village on a long, curved, sandy beach. Great restaurants and tavernas.

We really like Stoupa, so much so that this was our fourth trip to this appealing resort.
Stoupa is in a dramatic setting with the backdrop of awesome mountains.
It has everything you would desire from a typical seaside Greek resort. Excellent tavernas, great choices on menus and the service is friendly, attentive and quick. The village has a peaceful atmosphere, two sandy beaches, two good supermarkets.
It has everything one would desire for a memorable holiday in Greece.

Stoupa is a Greek village which has retained its 'Greekness'. A large number of Greek families have second homes there as it is easy to get to from Athens and other cities. They come especially around 15th August as it is a special day in Stoupa. There are some excellent traditional tavernas and some more upmarket style tavernas for those who want it. There is a small supermarket on the beach front and a much larger on on the main road. There is a bakery and an excellent cake shop which should not be missed! The only drawback is that a lot of accommodation is uphill from the beach.
Fantastic hotel perched on a cliff above one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever been to. Everything spotless clean, bright modern spacious room, well-equipped kitchen, big balcony with an extraordinary sea view. The host is really friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was for adults only. We could relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The location is great with respect to the distance to the town center and other restaurants: a few minutes on foot to everything. We would definitely come here again.
The cottage is probably the oldest of the three on the beach, and is apparently a listed building. It is very quaint, very basic, but its location is fabulous. The fine sand of the beach is right outside your property, and the clear blue sea sounds great as it washes up in the shallows. The people of Greece are generous and kindly, it is one of the reasons we have been going for 22 years but the first time we have been lucky enough to stay here. We were here out of season, the bar/restaurant next door had not yet opened.
We had a fantastic stay at the Kannas. The hosts and staff were very helpful from the moment we booked our room until our departure. The location is perfect, being a short walk to the beach or the supermarket. The cycle/walking path to Agios Nikonas is also only a few minutes away. Our room was spacious, well equipped, clean and had a great balcony view. Our departure flight was later in the day and Maria let us use the room until late afternoon. We would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return in the future.
The view from the house is breathtaking, you can see the mountains and the sea. This was a perfect spot to explore the nearby towns of Skala and Kardamyli and we walked 15 minutes to the beach. The property itself is modern, comfortable and elegant. The washer unit was super helpful as we badly needed it by the time we reached this property. The host was very communicative, gave us many tips and helped with any questions we had. We spent part of our honeymoon here and this villa made it completely unforgettable.
The villa was beautiful. The pictures look great but villa is better in person. It really is only a few minutes down the hill by car to super market and Stoupa beaches and restaurants, but the local village is a short walk with mini market and 3 tavernas (a must visit). Katie the host is amazing and extremely responsive.
The location is wonderful, an easy walk to both the great beach and bars etc of Stoupa and the lovely beach of Kalagoria as well as main supermarket. In addition the Hotel has a great pool, The room was a good size complete with balcony with views and included a handy kitchenette.
this was a beautiful property with all the amenities our family needed. The location was perfect in the middle of Stoupa for easy walks to the beach and food. it was also a great location for sightseeing on the Mani Peninsula and hanging out at the beach in the evening.
Large spacious rooms and balcony. Very close proximity to the beach and to the amenities in the Bay. Such friendly owners and staff. They cannot do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I’m a returning customer and shall do so again!
Staff very friendly and welcoming, helped carry luggage up to room. Location excellent, very close to beach and tavernas. Hotel garden was lovely. Air conditioning and safety box included in the price. A great experience.
Location a few minutes by car to Stoupa beach and Kalogria beach. Accommodation basic but clean, functional, good supply of beach towels and bath towels. Good for a comfortable stay. I think it’s good value for money
Conveniently located, with a visible sign:). All the staff were excellent. From housekeeping, to breakfast to front desk. Very helpful and friendly. Beach towels for the beach. Great restaurants close by.
Beautiful property. Nice and clean self-contained flats with all you need for a short stay. Well located (a few meters from sandy Stoupa beach), very helpful and kind staff. Definitely worth your money.
Magnificent stay! Our family loved this home. The location was a perfect & the views were amazing!
An easy walk or drive down to Kalogria beach, Stoupa & all the tavernas. Highly recommend this place!
The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with attention to details, in walking distance from both Stoupa and Kalogria beaches. We loved our stay at Linari and we highly recommend it!
The staff were extremely helpful. The appartement was spacious, clean, and the air-conditioning very welcome. Great location just 4 min walk from the beach.
