Wonderful place, wonderful host! When we arrived, he welcomed us with treats, freshly squeezed orange juice for our child, and even offered us his homemade wine. We were so pleasantly surprised by his friendliness and hospitality. While we were enjoying the wine on the terrace, he would stop by each table to chat with the guests. Since we stayed for just one night and wanted to spend some more time at the beach the next day, he kindly let us leave our car in his parking area. We loved how close the sea was – the beach was perfect, with showers and changing cabins. And since we were with a child, it was great that the shore was flat and the water shallow.

    Marina was lovely. It is a Marina.

    Marina was lovely. It is a Marina. The port is the focal point for everything going on. There are restaurants and a few shops. We were lucky enough to coincide with local celebrations on 25th July which meant a popular Croatian band played in the centre. If you are after rest and relaxation this is the place to go!

    I went to Marina to pick up/return a boat from marina Agana; it was a perfect choice because it was so close and it has a nice beach for a first/last swim. I would not spend more than one day there though.

    Lovely location with a choice of local restaurants/bars and two supermarkets. Decent range of cheap local bus options to get to/from Trogir from the centre of Marina and some direct bus options to Split from the main road.

    A lovely new modern hotel in a quiet fishing village.

    A lovely new modern hotel in a quiet fishing village. Many Multi-generational Croatian families using the public beach in front of the hotel. A few local restaurants. A lovely quiet location for a short "fly and flop" stay. I would return!

    We visited Marina and stayed in Villa Dolac.

    We visited Marina and stayed in Villa Dolac. It truly is a beautiful, peaceful place, surrounded by untouched nature but close to the shops, beach, great bars and restaurants by the sea. In the village is one of the best restaurant we have ever experienced - Konoba Sesula. We could jog by the hills every day, play sports, exercise in the gym, have fun by the amazing infinity heated pool without disturbing anyone, the villa is excellent for athletes and families. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Croatia, Trogir and Split.

    We stayed in Marina for 3 nights at the end of a Sunsail...

    We stayed in Marina for 3 nights at the end of a Sunsail flotilla. Was lovely to have a nice hotel to relax in for a few days. There are some nice restaurants in Marina and we took a bus to Trogir for an afternoon/evening which was easy and cheap. NB: We ended up getting an Uber back as we missed the bus and it was only €14. Not much to do in Marina itself but we were only there to relax and swim so perfect for us.

    The apartment was new, bright and spacious! The pool and BBQ Area is shared with 5 other units, but during our two weeks stay we hardly had to share! The BBQ area can be reserved on a first come first serve basis, again we had no issues! Everything was very clean and we received mid-stay cleaning in the apartment! The pool area was cleaned every morning! Marina the host is super friendly and nothing is too much for her, she is one of a kind and made us feel welcome and at home! We LOVED our stay and cannot recommend this place enough!

    The wonderful location in the centre of a lovely, cosy village Marina, near the beach (just 5 minute-walk). The apartment has got a balcony with the great view on the bay and a tiny square with the old buildings and local restaurants. You can hear the old church's clock chiming every hour and the cicadas in the background. There's a fish market and a supermarket nearby (again 5 minute-walk). Such a lovely, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Loved it!
