The hotel is clean and comfortable in general. The location is very good, rite beside a shopping mall and water park. The parking area is spacious, easy to find food n coffee all around.
The design and interior looks luxurious, and the food in their buffet is also delicious.
All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the infinity pool with warm water will be the spotlight.
Previously I had booked with Reddoorz Otista a few years ago and it was basic. Now, horrible, filthy and dirty. The only positive thing is the security staff. I left on the same day and booked another hotel!
Very helpful staff with tips for my trip around Garut. The aircon was really good. This made up for a lot. Plus, this place was the only I could find with aircon in town.
Location wise, it was ok, as it was just a 3-min walk to the Garut train station. The hotel is also very accessible to the entire market area, with shops and stalls.
