I loved how welcome I felt. The room is simple and comfortable with incredible wifi, which was great because I had some work to do before disconnecting and enjoying the beautiful nature. I will definitely be back!

We stayed in the only two bedroom villa at Oemah Tepi Sawah to celebrate my birthday. It was the most amazing birthday I've had for years! For all I had hope for, was to spend some time in the nature, the quiet part of Bali, and Oemah Tepi Sawah was the perfect place for me. We spent two nights and everything was perfect. From the homecook meal they served during breakfast and dinner, unto the grounds itself which was surrounded by rice paddies and tropical jungle. Not to mention the staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are very polite to the guests including us who are actually local Indonesian. They spoke other languages like Dutch and English, and I have to give my hats off to ibu Dewi who is the owner of Oemah. We had a nice conversation on the last day we were there, and was very helpful in providing us information about the Subak Coffee (local grown coffee that was grown around the area). We would definitely come back, as we are nature lovers. Read the reviews before you book this place, don't expect a 5 star a hotel experience in the city. This place is for you to getaway from the craziness in the city, and be one with the nature!

This location is a good escape from busy parts of Bali and a good starting point to visit Jatiluwih, Banyu Wana, Ulun Danu... Our stay at Saridevi Ecolodge is an experience we will never forget. Overlooking rice terraces, surrounded by nature and fruitful vegetation. The atmosphere is intimate and the family/host makes you feel like you are one of them from the moment you arrive. There are only a few cottages on property so very minimal other guests and so quiet/peaceful. Everything they make for you is picked directly from their garden on property and prepared for you. With that, their menu is limited and all local cuisine. Absolutely everything they made for us was delicious. Breakfast is a fixed menu. They helped us plan a day trip to do on our own and arranged a scooter for us to take out for the day. Anything we needed, they were there to help us. Highly recommend experiencing a stay with Saridevi Ecolodge.

    This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money.

    This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money. It's immediately across the road from the terraces, and the walking track access. The owner is a nice guy, and does everything, reception, cleaning, cooking, etc. The breakfast was basic but tasty, and the Chicken Curry he cooked for me for lunch one of the best I've had in a while. He has a very friendly dog that followed me everywhere, and enjoyed a pat and tummy rub.

    This is a lovely and quaint guest cottage in the middle of the stunning and serene Jatiluwih region, about 20 minutes drive from the famous rice field terrace and the hot springs. The owner, Putu, walked many extra miles to make us feel welcome and comfortable, arranged a trip around and a walk in the rice fields. A stay in Jatiluwih is an absolute must when in Bali if you would like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Ubud and the beaches and Kubu D'Ume is a perfect spot: warm, welcoming and remote.

    We loved staying at Dwan Tea and regret not booking more nights. We felt like staying at our uncle or aunts place but with all the great features of a hotel. The staff was soooo nice and we had so many great conversations together. The room was huge, very luxurious and just amazing furniture and super comfy bed. And the pool and the view....wow!!!! It was an amazing night and morning at Dwan and if we come back to Bali we will definitely stay there again!

    Unique experience! Both the waterfall and the view were stunning, and the general environment relaxing and authentic. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and available for any need or suggestion. The breakfast is also really worth it and felt like tasting real balinese cousine.

    Living in the middle of beuatiful nature with a view on ricefields. Dewi as a host was the best of Bali so far. She speaks English fluently and coocked us delicious food while sharing her vision on live and her bungalows.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. The homestay was in an excellent location overlooking the rice terrace. Plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. We had a very enjoyable walk around the rice fields during sunrise.
