NusaBay Menjangan exceeded our expectations. It’s a hidden gem positioned for tranquility and an authentic experience of Bali’s marine and terrestrial beauty. The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed with eco-friendly touches. Our bungalow offered a seamless connection to the surrounding park, with well-maintained facilities and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and waking up to views of lush greenery was a treat. Not to mention the adorable black monkeys in the surrounding trees. I could have watched them all day. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, always ensuring our experience was enjoyable. Snorkelling and wildlife spotting were the highlights, providing a nature hit and perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Exploring the coral and spotting the famous Menjangan deer were cool experiences. We were blown away by the diversity of fish, even surrounding the pier was like looking into a tropical aquarium. For the somewhat isolated location of the resort, the on-site restaurant impressed with a variety of dishes, including fresh seafood and authentic Balinese cuisine. The breakfasts were delicious and dining with the view of the ocean & deers resting on the beach was a true delight. Unfortunately the infinity pool couldn’t be used due to upgrade works, but really, who needs a pool when you have the best snorkeling practically at your front door. NusaBay Menjangan is a rare gem for travelers looking to escape the tourist crowds and experience the joy of staying in a national park… without compromising on comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali, particularly those who appreciate nature & wildlife on land, and in the sea. I can’t wait to return!

This hostel was nice , 5 mins to harbor station and you can book you ijen tour from there .. is simple hostel but people there was amazing, so amazing.. the will try to help you for everything. The owner such a humble guy and all the staff too.

Very affordable and close to everything. Really all that you need in a basic hostel.

No ensuite bathroom but I don't mind. Why? This place is simple, comfortable and super clean. Plus, it's just a throw stone to the train station and if you throw harder, it reaches the ferry harbour. For the rate you pay, it's perfect. I was one night here. Almost forget: the host was super friendly and helpful. Recommended!

The photos appear to be slightly enhanced. There is an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, reminiscent of a public restroom, which permeates the entire room when the door is left open. However, a significant advantage is the buffet breakfast, offering a wide variety of dishes. The hotel also provides direct access to the beach. If the gate is closed, guests can simply call the reception, and it will be promptly opened.

Good location, we were making transit before our ferry to Bali. And the location is very close to the harbour
