JeJe, Mars and Fernandez from the front office were all fantastic and helpful - they provided exceptional customer service and were always eager to assist. The staff in the dining area were wonderful and friendly and very efficient. A big shout out to the chef who cooked the most beautiful meals for our dinner. The wonderful girls in the spa made our stay even better and all the other workers who cleaned our room, carried our suitcases, and was there to assist - thankyou! The place itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are all so tastefully decorated and comfortable. The beautiful surroundings makes for a very peaceful escape. Loved the time spent here and cannot wait to reurn.

The location was superb - like a 5 minute Grab ride to Nagoya Hill Mall. The room and (importantly) bathroom was very clean. The shower had no issues draining during my time there. Front desk staff was also very helpful and quick with their service. Since this is a new hotel (opened Dec 2025 I think), the room card was modern/responsive. Just tapping the lift auto-selected your floor for you. Had no issue getting into the room too. The air con was actually strong and cold. This is significantly better than the 4 star hotels I've tried in December (ibis and harmoni one). If I'm returning to Batam, I'll likely stay here again.
