everything.. the staffs are really really polite and really nice. bed and pillow are super comfy, breakfast is superb with lots of variety.. it’s a brand new hotel in semarang with modern facility and they also accomodate facility for disable people.. the Pool also heated during morning and afternoon, and it’s a bit salty like swimming in the sea. i guess they use non-chemical things for the pool. super great

Amazing breakfast. Good variety including many kind of jamu and wedang. And also a unique hidden menu tolak angin ice cream. Beside breakfast, we also tried dinner in the resto. And all the menu we ordered were amazing. The live music were great too. Great facilities, including small kids playground, spacious rooms, and we love the overall design.

    Everything is perfect but only one thing that I have really uncomfortable. That is internet connection !!!!! I can not fully watch YouTube or Netflix bt my laptop. Wifi signal continously has drorpped so it is very difficult to watch any streaming. Even I have to access to my company web for working. Something is happened. I can not work because very low level of internet connection and internet speed. I didn't have any internet issue when I was in Jakarta and Borgor during similar times (I was in jakarta and borgor one week ago) If you have to do something with internet, I can not recommend this hotel. It is very very terribles

    Semarang offers so much more than initially taught, off the touristy itenary, with exquisite architecture, delicious local food and fascinating history. The city is home to an array of cultural festivals, local entertainment, a testament of Javanese theatrical and cultural traditions. The little Netherlands in the old city offers stunning architecture of the 17th century, when Indonesia was a Dutch colony, where most buildings colonial in style, includes medieval, baroque and modern eras styles. Showing flourishing signs of rejuvenation, this city has one of the best preserved and restored historic centres in Indonesia, with charming streets, colourful neighborhoods, secret alleyways, flower markets, lush gardens and parks, perfect climate and gracious people. With its harmonious blend of multi- culturalism, multi- faiths and multi- backgrounds, the melting pot of Semarang is a true microcosm of Indonesia as a whole, from ancient temples, to ancient churches, monumental museums, all the way to modern-day Middle Eastern-Javanese mosques, showing that the assortment of religious places, are as striking as they are different, and the fact that they all exist in the same city is a true testament to the acceptance, harmony and appreciation for diversity of Semarang. Amazing, thank you Up-Peak hotel, and it's welcoming staff.

    My last visit, and stay overnight was about 20 years ago.

    My last visit, and stay overnight was about 20 years ago. When I stayed 1 night on 3rd Sept 2024. I see much development, tidier and cleaner. Thanks to the local people and the government. However there are a lot of home works to get Semarang rated equivalent with Singapore for instance. I am expecting cleaner tidier safer city and prosperous citizen.

    I love the local foods . People are nice and polite Staying at Ibis Style Simpang Lima , is a good decision. Close to every where, the front desk her name is Noni she is not just friendly but she a big help . She recommends us where to go to get good tasty local foods.

    The hotel location is at Simpang Lima where there are at least two malls nearby and a variety of Indonesian food stalls that open in the evenings. This hotel does have a restaurant on the 3rd floor. We were pleased with the food taste from the hotel's restaurant. The aircon in our rooms are working well and there's plenty of plugging points in the room. Laundry service is reliable - we rang up for laundry pickup at 10pm and laundry completion is by the next day before 11pm. We did our laundry with the hotel for two days.

    The location is very nice. It's really close to Lawang Sewu, one of the iconic tourist destination for Semarang. It's also close to Simpang Lima. Across the hotel, there's one of big malls in Semarang. So, it's easy to find food. The hotel also has swimming pool in decent size on the rooftop, along side the gym and a cafe.The view from the rooftop is also nice, especially in the evening.

    actually this hotel didnt do online booking tru booking.com anymore. poor me was charged tru this apps during booking then i need to pay extra for walk in . i request refund but the hotel asked me to deal with booking.com and right now i still cant contact with their custemer services. poor booking.com your services so bad !!!!!!
