Property is new and things seem to be in order

I like that it was once an impressive hotel, now sadly fallen on harder times. Still has a charm though and the staff is lovely

Need to take of air conditioning as they are not functioning properly

A really classy establishment, just outside old Goa. Staff were exceptionally good and attentive, and extremely helpful in meeting my requests and helping me organise activities during my stay, and overcoming logistical problems. Very comfortable rooms, a excellent stay. Quiet, relaxing, just what I needed after Delhi.

The place was close to where I wanted to go.

Khokan, Deepak, Subham and Nick are wonderful, made us feel at home. They were very attentive and friendly staff. Always smiling and focus on making their guest feel happy and comfortable. I want to give a huge shout out to Mr. Partha (provided excellent service throughout our stay) thanks a lot Fatima, thank you for your help and always smiling, keep up the good work. I always wanted to stay at The Fern and finally got the opportunity. For me it was a fantastic location to visit my family. Wish we had more time to explore. Thank you for everything. Had a wonderful time at The Fern.

Prasad, the house manager and his team gave exemplary hospitality. The old Portuguese house is steeped in heritage and is maintained very well. The home grown and home cooked food and the cool pool was an added bonus. The island is small enough to walk or cycle and there are restaurants and convenience stores close by. Divar Island is a ferry ride away from the chaos and noise of the mainland. You'll find a rhythm here that you won't want to lose.
