We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at The GreyStone FarmHouse. From the moment I arrived until the time of my departure, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the breathtaking natural surroundings and the serene ambiance of the place truly set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The attention to detail in maintaining the huge property and the overall aesthetic appeal of the property were evident and greatly appreciated. The warmth and professionalism of the staff were remarkable. They had a genuine eagerness to assist and a warm, welcoming attitude. The accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. My room was not only immaculately clean but also thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The attention to the finer details, such as the quality of linens and the amenities provided, did not go unnoticed. Lastly, I must commend your on-site activities and facilities. The range of recreational options, from the well-stocked loft in each room to the guided nature walks to the excellent tree house, ensured that there was never a dull moment. It's evident that you've put thought into catering to a diverse range of interests and preferences. Overall, my stay at Stone House FarmHouse was an unforgettable one.     First of all the property was under renovation and we were...

    First of all the property was under renovation and we were not aware of it. No small golf cars inside the property to roam and reach to other locations. Restaurant services at your room was too long and we waited almost 1.5 hrs after we order one bucket of ice. We had bugs coming inside the room as the garden side was not properly maintained. The washrooms were old and not looking clean and tidy. Bedcovers, pillow covers were also not properly cleaned. You won’t feel you were staying in a 4th star hotel. There were no male therapist for spa which was not expected as it’s a family place to stay. The amount paid compared to amenities provided seemed to be costly. They need to put a lot of efforts to bring it up to the level expected!

    Chalsa has the best location.

    Chalsa has the best location. We based ourselves out of Chalsa and we’re able to visit Gorumara, Jaldapara, Buxa , Bindu, the tea gardens etc all as day trips. The stay at Sinclair’s was very good and comfortable. Roads are excellent, good food available even in small joints and weather was perfect. We had our own car so it was very easy driving around. Signage’s are good and people helpful.
