We wouldn’t usually have booked this property based on the Booking.com reviews, but we had an amazing experience at another Neemrana property so we trusted our instincts and booked this one. It turned out to be a great decision, as we found a lovely and cosy period property with friendly staff and a good location. Highlights were how stunningly beautiful our room was (Eucalyptus), with really high quality bedding (Egyptian cotton?) and the friendliness and flexibility of the staff who were always willing to help

    Beautiful place and not crowded unlike Ooty.

    Beautiful place and not crowded unlike Ooty. Many tea gardens. Visiting in monsoon season (June/July) can be a bit restricting because of rain and fog but it’s still worth it. The road journey via Pykara falls is awesome and full of greenery and water bodies. Cherrie Berry is a great place to eat.

    Coonoor is an awesome hilly town. Nature is at its best here. But many areas of the town are littered and not maintained clean. When will our people develop some civic sense and cleanliness and environmental awareness.

    Only 2-3 place to see, very nice restaurants where you get south and north indian dishes esp Coonoor Junction was superb. Better to take your own Car to move around. Not to venture out at night time since there are no street lights.

    Excellent place to get refreshing relax from the summer heat. Some good places to spend time, if you know where to go and you like outside walks. Sims Park well worth to visit (better time - at the morning), and Bagaicha restorant is very good place to eat.

    Owner behaviour was good enough from checking to checkout. He helped for booking auto/cab for local commute. Two lady care taker are there who takes care of home made food at reasonable cost if guest asks for. They prepares and serves hot at dining 🍽 area of the cottage. Location is awesome. At top of hill..and environment was very calm, soothing. For relaxing one or two days with friends or family at coonoor this property is recommended at budget cost.

    had a wonderful experience in casa de selas! it is located on the top which gives you the best view point for stay😍must appreciation to the cook and the caretakers there.most important they have arranged a jeep trekking from gate to the cottage which was amazing! i would say worth worth max ! must visit stay if you are planning coonoor😇

    The stay was very nice. Comfortable home stay away from home. At hotel you can just stick to your room but since this is a home stay it gives you the experience of staying in a home with a private lawn at a tourist destination.
