It's the staff that make this place. I stayed in a deluxe room and it's pretty standard for India, although the TV was much better quality than usual, I could plug my phone in to the HDMI ports and watch a very good quality picture on a large screen The executive rooms looked very good. But it's the service here that really stands out, The staff really do care that you have the best stay and will help you with anything you request, nothing is too much trouble for them . I would definitely stay here again.

Location and good behaviour of staff

Staff behaviour is too good .. .. also Manager 👍

Attention to detail such as: 1. Napkins in the room. 2. Non-skid mat in the shower 3. A shower that actually works 4. Continuous instant hot water without having to turn in geyser. 5. Basic toiletries provided in bathroom such as comb, toothbrush kit, room slippers etc 6. Fixed AC as soon as a problem was mentioned 7. Arranged for a visit to a tea plantation in the owners tea estate, as soon as I requested it 8. Super attentive and responsive staff 9. Amazing food in the restaurant (if anything the portions were super generous) 10. Very spacious and immaculately clean rooms 11. One of the best hotel stays in India

All staff and hotel management was good 👍

It’s very clean, peaceful and close to airport

Full marks to Cygnett Inn for getting pretty much everything bang on! The location, the reception, the staff, the cleanliness and most importantly, the service rendered at the restaurant as well as housekeeping. I would particularly like to thank Mr. Biswajit and his team of young enthusiastic staff who are prompt as well as respectful. I had almost left my phone charger behind while checking out. Kudos to the housekeeping staff that they found it in the room and immediately informed the reception. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Cygnett Inn is where I shall camp at on my next visit to the lovely city of Dibrugarh.
