Previous ratings talk about unfinished processes at the hotel but this is because the hotel just launched 1.5 months ago. For me the staff was kind and attentive. The food was also delicious from the breakfast to the room dine in service. It is the 1st 5 star hotel in Jabalpur and while they are ironing out a few details it still is not worth the skip. Please do give it a try!

I liked the service to be top notch rooms are pretty good and have travel service for our tour really a nice hotel and I got hot water when I asked from the room and there is a geyser in the room

I stayed at the hotel on 8th June and the service by staff is incredible , hotel rooms are very great , clean and big . Major Focus is on hygiene and cleanliness, big beds everything I liked from service to the room and overall from my point of view it is value for money
