We had a one-night stay at the FLY VIEW Airport Residency to be closer to the airport for the end of our trip. The location was convenient to the main city of Kochi, and the staff was knowledgeable and made us feel at home. I particularly want to call out three staff members: Smitha, Renjini, and Ajfar. These three made our stay special and helped us easily navigate the city through local tourist routes and recommendations. I also want to call out Kumar who showed us to our room, accommodated our many requests, and helped us get our luggage into and out of the hotel. Overall the staff, though nimble, were very well prepared and I highly recommend that anyone staying for weeks or days give this place a visit.

    I spent my time within an ayurvedic retreat complex, therefore, did not venture out of bounds. Tips: 1. Do purchase a Sim card on arrival at Kochi Int'l airport, the wifi connections are unreliable. 2. Do exchange home currency to IND Ruppees also, on arrival within the airport lounge at one of the available Currency Exchange counters of Kochi Int'l. Experience revealed that outside of the airport, it was difficult to locate currency exchange bureaus also, the ATMs outside of the airport ask high exchange rates. We came across one that charged 6% and, the amount that one may request from the ATM at any one time is limited.

    Requested for Airport Pick up, but nobody turn up in the airport, tried to contact them through the contact No given in Booking.Com, but the No was not reachable. Had to pay extra for the private Taxi.

    This is not a place to come and stay, but a transit one day stop, but if you have enough time go and have a round of golf at the CIAL golf course, they provide rental clubs, take water with you, no beer after golf in a golf club only golf club in the world where you get no beer after golf. I did not eat out the only good hotel that was Abbad closed so I have no idea where you can eat good good.

    The hotel was 10/10. As I have given my feedback above nothing to complain about. Its located just few minutes from the Cichin airport. Super safe if you are travelling alone even. You will find affordable restaurants Veg and Non Veg both side of the hotel. Sweet shops are available on the same road too. Additional note on staff - Rajini and Sumitha at the front office were very very helpful to us and even gave us options for site visit and other details. All other staff members were kind and helpful as well.

    This is such a reasonably priced hotel and you get so much for your money. We landed at Kochi airport at 22.55 so wanted a hotel close by as exhausted. A shuttle car collected us and checked us in. We had an apartment that was spacious, had a mini bar, two bathrooms, AC/a fan, breakfast included , so comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel, very courteous staff aswell. Thank you for looking after us.
