Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious, modernly designed, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with variety of options, and the location was perfect, close to city center and the main road to exit the area. Plenty of parking spots available in the hotel with easy to use car elevator. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. The hotel is located in a quieter section of the lake; but a beautiful promenade along the lake is directly across the street, and good dining places are within a short walk. The views from the room balconies are outstanding. The breakfast buffet is the best we have had in Italy. Finally and not least, the staff is lots of fun and full of suggestiond.

The staff was very friendly and the entire property was clean and comfortable. The room was large compared to other rooms in the area and very comfortable. A/C worked well and I slept well my entire stay. The lake is across the street and about 3 minute walk to castle and centro.

The staff could not be more friendly. Elena, Davide, Loretta, and the father treated us exceptionally well. They were patient with us because we did not speak Italian fluently and answered all our questions. They were very helpful. The rooms are modern, given the impression that they were recently renovated. Our room had a balcony facing the lake. The rooms were very clean. The entire hotel was very well kept and clean. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed biking around the lake, visiting the castle in Malcesine and going all the way up to the top of Mount Baldo on cable car. We recommend the hotel and these activities. Five stars. Book without hesitation.

The location. Gardola is such a sweet and beautiful Italian town. The hotel is just minutes away walking distance from the center. The hotel itself, even though not particularly luxurious, has all the amenities needed, and more importantly, it has a pool and a playground, and it makes it a perfect family location. The staff is extremely nice and polite.
