A brand new hotel in a very good location right next to the embassies on a quiet street in the city center. Although the hotel was still undergoing some finishing work, this hotel was a good choice for us. The entire hotel staff were really friendly and ready to help with anything if needed. Since the hotel was new, the bed was very good. All bed linen and towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned. Our room was on the top fourth floor and the room had an efficient air conditioner. The balcony of the room had a great view over the city's rooftops. The breakfast was sufficiently varied and the breakfast staff were friendly and polite. Very good value for money. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main train station, where buses from the airport arrive. The next time we travel to Rome, we will see if BH Hotel in Rome has any rooms available for us. We had a very positive experience with this hotel.

My daughter always comes back to this hotel with great pleasure when she goes to exams in Italy, she is a student. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is in a quiet area!

Clean and tidy hotel near the Spanish steps. Excelent location. I was a little bit worried about the reviews in google for stolen items from the room. Fortunately, we had no worries. Veru clean, comfort, helpful staff.

The room and toilet was a good size and not squeezy at all like some newer properties tend to be. Really appreciated the complimentary coffee/pastries for breakfast and bottled water refilled daily. And there was Netflix which I enjoyed relaxing to after a long day of sightseeing. Location was EXCELLENT with a supermarket right beside it and short walk from the best shopping streets in Rome and the Spagna metro station. Most of the other attractions are also an easy 20-30 mins walk away. The hotel staff also helped make it a lovely stay: they were professional, helpful and friendly. A shout out to Stefanie who was an absolute gem.

The room and the facilities were exactly like advertised. The hotel is fresh in its outlook and mindset. The lobby area (bar/restaurant) is awesome and welcoming. You really want to have that aperitivo drink by the fireplace before heading out. The breakfast is easy going, might use some more meal options but for a couple of mornings you will be ok. The location is away from the tourist crowds but in a 15 minute walking radius you have tons of restaurant options for the evening so you really do not have to go to the hotspots. It is a small hike from the metro so take that into account. Other than that, the hotel is just on the edge of Villa Borghese/ park and would stay here again for sure.

Very cozy hotel, close to the center of Termini station, which is very convenient. From the station you can go in any direction and see all the sights! (I walked all the time, shops, restaurants.) The room is spacious, cozy and clean! Very polite and pleasant service - many thanks to the administrators - all issues were resolved instantly) At the Astoria Golden Gate Hotel in the lobby there are vending machines with any coffee, water and snacks, it’s wonderful! In general, I really liked it!) I recommend this hotel to everyone, the staff and boss are the most friendly and positive guys ❤️
