The location is easy to access and there are stores nearby if you need to do some quick shopping. The rooms are spacious and well equiped. Rooms were warm and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a quick dinner and breakfast. 2 balconies of which the smaller one had a nice view of the Dolomites

Lovely LARGE bottom floor apartment. The proprietor is very friendly and helpful. She let me do ALL my laundry in the laundry machine. I had stopped at the market and cook an amazing meal in the FULLY equipped kitchen. There was even olive oil, balsamic, spices,milk, paper towels … everything you need. The bed was comfortable (firm, which I like). Great location on your way to/from Cortina and the Dolomites.

I must say the owner is very much sympathetic and generous. He offered us extended stay without charge because an accident happened to us. We felt really grateful for his support during that turbulent time. We had to extend our stay one night only and left with sincere thanks to the owner. This is beyond the most cozy and clean facilities the residence already offers.
