This charming villa has it all! The property in a nice quiet area is beautiful inside and out. The location is central to explore this beautiful region. There are several nearby cities that are within a half-hour to an hour drive including Mantova, Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia. Salvatore, the friendly and accomodating owner provided excellent service. The room with the bathroom inside was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Although it was very cold in mid-February, the room and the common areas were kept comfortably warm. There is secure parking at the property. Top notch!

We liked it all. The building, the huge and gorgeous room and wonderful bath, the amazing staff, breakfast, garden and pool, it was absolutely amazing. Owner was so welcoming and nice, and recommended a wonderful restaurant not to far that was excellent.

We started our trip here and stayed 2 nights. The hosts were so amazing and hospitable making us feel at home. In our entire stay in Italy we did not have a better breakfast. The property is so peaceful and quiet. There are many places to sit and enjoy the countryside. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you need. We loved our stay at the beginning of the trip so much we came back and stayed our last night back at Corte LOIOL. The hosts have done an excellent job making their property beautiful for their guests. It is a true bed and breakfast that is so very peaceful.

It was lovely, unique without being kitschy, set in the quiet countryside with nothing but the sound of nature (and yes occasionally some dogs barking but that’s life). The room was large, the bathroom modern, I especially appreciated that the windows had screens in them and shutters that blocked out the sun so I could sleep in. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again. The breakfast was lovely and so much more than you’d expect for the price I paid. Such a good deal all around.
