Very enthusiastic owner who offered us some free local prosecco, made from the grapes next to the house. Nice pool with a view that's even better than the photos. The room temperature was cool despite the heat outside. Wendy the dog was very cool as well.

The service of the employees, and even the owner Roberto, was above and beyond at every level. The first night we got there late so their kitchen had closed due to another wedding event and Roberto drove us down the street to the nearest restaurant so my family could have dinner, and he arranged someone from there to drive us back. That was amazing! The room was very comfortable and the location is wonderful in the countryside with a view of the Adriatic Sea.

Excellent rooms, excellent food, excellent hosts, excellent ambiance. Guilio & Mariano and their Mama can be hugely proud of what they have achieved. Awesome and special experience 100% recommended.     Very nice B&B in a peaceful landscape. All fine, very clean, free car park included, kind hosts who met me in nearby Mosciano SantʼAngelo to escort me to their Castello when my car's navi wasn't accurate enough. I much enjoyed the stay.
