All was nice , good food , atmosphere, beach, landscapes , friendly people.
A bit problematic to get to the airport and from airport , sometimes you need a taxi which is from 20 EUR for ~ 8 min. If you want to eat in a good place in the city centre , better make reservation beforehand as everything can be booked.

I feel that Pescara is a great hub location.
I feel that Pescara is a great hub location. It is in the Abruzzo region of Italy which makes it a perfect hop off spot to many other areas in Southern Italy. The Pescara airport is just a few minutes away with many flights to Rome and of course Ryanair provides service to Pescara. You also have Pescara Central Train Station right in the heart of the city and across the street is the Bus Depot which provides routes throughout Southern Italy and across the Massina Straits into Sicily. Pescara is a walkable city so go ahead and wander around the streets as you never know what you'll find around the next corner.

Unfortunately Pescara got destroyed by the allied bombing during WW2 and rebuilt with total disregard of the original architectonic style and history of the place. I was really disappointed by how much concrete and senseless modern buildings and structures were built from the 60s until probably the 90s. There are a couple of spots which are still beautiful like the old town and the tiny pineta area in front of the beach but for the rest is an ugly city. On a positive note, the sea promenade is pretty amazing for walkers and runners and people are generally really nice.

It is a lively city with, what appears to be, a young thriving population. The beaches are clean and large expanses are public. The town has several excellent restaurants. Lots of pleasant walkways, bicycle paths. The entire population seems to congregate at the main piazzas, at night, to enjoy each other’s company, to dance and enjoy people watching.

In october the weather was fine, water in the see was warm, but the restaurants were closed or opened very late. People in Pescara speak only italian. There is not a lot to see in P. They don´t want turists, which I understand after Rome.

Manuelo was very friendly and accomodating to our needs.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet with all amenities ie; kitchenette with all utensils and cookware, clean towels, extra pillows, toiletries etc...
Breakfast bar in the room was great! Tea, coffee, Nespresso machine, milk, cereal, biscuits, crossaints etc...
Overall, a very pleasant experience and if a trip to Pescara is needed again, we would definitely book with Manuelo at B&B Le Mansarde!
The breakfast was wonderful ..... Francesca asked what kind of breakfast we preferred and she gave us exactly what we hoped for. Coffee any way you want it, juice, meats, cheeses, breads, pastries etc.
Parking was very secure inside a locked gate.
Carlo spoke English very well and pointed us to all the things we should see in the area and directed us to a phone store so we could get an Italian SIM Card as this was our 1st stop in Italy.
This is a hotel for summer holidays by the beach. I booked it for only one night, and it was great. The staff is nice, the room is big and has a balcony, the bathroom is small but well-equipped.
It is clean, the wifi works, and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of sweet options (because this is Italy).
In the extra season, the parking is free on the street, but they also offer some private parking spots.
Fantastic hotel; sleek, modern, great 'extras' and excellent customer service. Terrific location, and great all around value. We only stayed one night and wish we stayed longer. The apartment was ideal for our family. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains helpful - walking distance to great bars, restaurants + the beach! WOW!
Great place - the best apartment we saw in Italy: new furniture and equipment, exceptional bathroom, balcony with pleasant view. Owners are very responsive and ready to help with everything at any time. Perfect location not far from public beach and private beach clubs as well as 24/7 supermarket and bus stops. Can 100% recommend!
The place is awesome. The host is a nice person, very helpful, offered us directions and suggestions of local places. The best part was the bicycles that we could use for free. Pescara is a really beautiful city and very bike friendly. We sure will visit again in the future and we hope to find an available room here, too. ^^
I've stayed at this hotel 3 times with my partner and each time has been better than the last. Loredana is a treasure, the location is perfect and the rooms are great. This is the only hotel we plan on staying in whenever we're in Pescara, which has become one of our favorite destinations.
The owners of Peperosa were extremely helpful with all our needs, they will advice you on anything you may want to know about pescara and surrounding. It felt like our own holiday home on the Adriatic, quiet, clean and comfortable, just a few minutes outside the city. Highly recommended.
The hospatibility of the owner, a home away from home! We we're on the road to the South of Italy so only stayed for one night but would not have mind to stay longer. Elena arranged everything for us (even reserving a restaurant) and made our stay so comfortable and easy! Molto grazie!
Great little boutique hotel in the center of Pescara. Easy to drive in and out of the center of the city, excellent parking by the hotel staff. Lovely Breakfast. Staff were so friendly and helpful and gave great advice on activities and food experiences.
Extremely convenient location for the airport. Property was exceptionally clean and the decor was so different from chain hotels where every room is exactly the same. Tony the host was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
Location location location, very Central yet not noisy, in a small street, with no traffic.
cleanliness is close to godliness.
Nice and extremely helpful and thoughtful staff, especially Gianluca.
Loved Pescara. Lovely place.
Family ran hotel. Very nice and quiet. The room had a large balcony which was very peaceful. The hotel is ran by a family and their grandmother made the cakes served at breakfast. Everything about the place was excellent.
Simple hotel, good for a one-night stay on the way to southern Italy, convenient location in Pescara.
Breakfast options nearby, if you want to skip the basic offering in the hotel. Competitive price.
excellent location
room very spacious
great air con
very quiet and not in your face
breakfast very good variety
Marco good host and communicates well
best sleep I’ve had in Italy
Cleanliness, quietness, and a perfect and complete breakfast. They were very kind and helpful. I liked everything about it. Surely I will go there again if I go to Pescara.
