Great location, right near markets + great restaurants. An easy 2 minute drive to parking for the gondolas to ski across a number of great runs. The room was bare bones, but had everything I needed. Heating worked great, as did the wifi + shower. The staff was very kind and thoughtful, and the food for every meal was absolutely delicious. Still dreaming about those meals!

We were truly surprised and delighted! We visited during the Christmas holidays. The hotel is small and cozy, with a restaurant that impressed us with a special festive five-course dinner. The hotel itself is extremely cozy, warm, and well maintained – a true Christmas retreat. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the ski slopes at individually arranged times; the slopes are only an 8-minute drive away. There is also a ski equipment storage area in the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is located on the lakeshore, surrounded by mountains, and the views from the room windows and the spa are absolutely breathtaking. The staff’s friendliness and service deserve 100 points! The breakfasts are generous and very delicious. Highly recommended!!!!

We loved the hotel architecture and the decor. The pool and spa area were exceptional, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The welcome from the front desk by Maurice was wonderful. Our waitress, Vanessa was exceptional, and we loved to see her smiling face each day at breakfast and dinner. The food was superb, and we loved the tea and sweets at 5 pm. This hotel was the highlight of our 3 week visit to northern Italy. I would highly recommend staying there.

Great location for skiing, 2 min to nearest ski lift. Amazing spa, infinity pool is just wow! Early dinner included in price, great value for money.
