Location,cleanliness, friendly staff

Friendly and professional staff, spotless room and hotel, lovely view and great breakfast

The reception was very warm with the owner making sure we were comfortable during our short stay.

Breakfast was very good, and the optional included dinners, 4 generous and beautifully prepared courses for 38 euros per night per couple, were exceptional. In a very expensive area such as the Dolomites, this constituted amazing value!

Staff was very helpful and kind

Everything. Nice sauna and swimming pool stuff, room, views

Excellent location and great staff and very friendly

Free ski guide for advanced skiers, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, location was excellent!

Everything The location, the staff, the food, everything was lovely

Breakfast was amazing! Really great they provide bus passes.

Great showers, delicious breakfasts. All clean and very nice. Recomended highly! 👍 Good view.

Classic with a modern feel. All amaneties are very nice. Staff was excellent. Special thanks to Sergio. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is excellent.

Everything was wonderful. Spa/sauna, ski in ski out, food and service all 10/10. We found the location to be perfect.

We had an amazing stay here and will definitely be back again! Daniel the owner was extremely helpful and was there whenever we needed anything or had any questions on local activities or restaurant recommendations. The sauna and pool were very clean and nice after a long days hiking. The continental breakfast every morning was simple but did the job and the views looking out over the town made up for it.

Fantastic location. The owners were very helpful and kind, the room was quite tidy and clean, and the breakfasts were terrific, perfect to get ready for a day’s adventure! The guesthouse was very conveniently located near trailheads, the bus stop, and cable cars.

Very clean and modern hotel, location is perfect with a lot of parking lots. Breakfast was great. I would like to thank the lady in reception Lucia for her great attitude and hospitality.

Maria is a wonderful host who goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. The homemade breakfast is delicious and filling, the rooms are cozy, and the location is a peaceful and flat 10 min walk to downtown and main Ciampinoi lift with an even closer connecting lift, Fungeia across the street. Bus stop is right across the street as well. We were glad we were able to support this local family bed and breakfast style outlet.

Cosy and friendly, great view from the balcony and it was very peaceful. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Mini bar selection was good as was the surprise of afternoon tea.

Beautiful lodge in a lovely and quiet location of town but close to all activities. This place is owned and meticulously maintained by a lovely family who really make you so welcome and well taken care of . I couldn’t have been happier with our stay .

The family. They know your name♥️ They arrange details for your excursions as well as our personal needs. Example, my son was sick and they got us in with the doctor in town asap. I got sick and they prepared a sick tray of fluids for me. Every morning you have the same table and same server at breakfast which was wonderful. It is such a warm feeling to be greeted when you enter and leave the hotel, the bar, the dining area. My husband and I are already planning to come back in 2027. Definitely worth the visit not just for the amazing location, amazing view and amazing food/wine but for the amazing experience from the staff and family. And if family owned businesses are as important to you as it is with our family, you will love it here. Decor - well done Ski room - well done Bar - well done and bartender was lovely Spa - really nice.
