Mountains on one side and a super clean beautiful sea on the other....Best time to visit I was told after July and August when it won't be too crowded and thus more enjoyable. We enjoyed Praia a Mare and the area very much.
We enjoyed Praia a Mare and the area very much. The area is beautiful and there are several towns within 30 minutes that offer very different experiences. There are so many beaches to choose from, but our favorite was Buddha Beach. Central location, closer to the most beautiful beach (pristine clear blue water!) and the main street for restaurants in the evening. Wonderful terrace. The hosts were so, so welcoming. Mirella made it feel like we were long lost friends. The breakfast served was divine, warm cornetti and crostada along with fresh apricots from their garden.
