Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, lot of variety. Clean room, very spacious. The hotel is very nicely renovated, looks really great inside.

I consider the hotel to be in the 5 star category. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was outstanding. Good value for money all around. The pool was not in use due to the wintry weather. Parking facilities are also excellent.

I did like everything in the hotel. An elegant disign of the hotel, friendly stuff members, cosy room, bathroom is shining with cleaness. The most incredible thing is the feeling that we found ourselves in a forest fairy tale. The location is simply excellent, complete unification with nature combined with modern comfort.

Very beautiful property, they did an amazing job a renovating this historic building in Belpasso. The staff is also super nice and friendly. They offer a voucher for breakfast at a bar/bakery nearby which was also very good.

The lady in reception was so helpful. The food in the restaurant was top class from Pizza to the Angus steak, a really lovely lady serving the food. pool lovely, we will be back maybe to ski mount etna 10 out off 10

The hotel has a beautiful setting next to lava flows and is a great location for access to Etna. The breakfast is a superb buffet with delicious local honey and the rooms are very comfortable and well designed for the mountain environment. By far the best part of our experience was the hospitality, welcome and accessibility of the owners and learning of the fascinating human history of the place. They were very willing to spend time talking about and answering questions on local history as well as giving advice on what to do and see in the area.

A brand new hotel / restaurant, ideal location to climb Etna. Good restaurant with a great view of Catane, tasty breakfast and above all a very kind staff ready to make your stay as fine as possible. We have also appreciate the possibility to have sandwiches to hike Etna. Big parking available and great view of Catane and AEtna
