Casa Don Vincenzo is truly amazing all the way through! Marta and Saro are the nicest people and they make you feel so at home. They prepare delicious breakfast for you in the morning and their rooms are really great. My boyfriend broke his ankle while we were visiting the city of Randazzo, and we were SO lucky to be staying at Casa Don Vincenzo with Marta and Saro as our hosts. They helped us so much in regards to our hospital-visits and translating what the doctors were telling us in italian. My boyfriend and I felt really safe while in this otherwise uncomfortable situation in regards to his broken ankle - but Marta and Saro made sure to check in on us and offered so much help without wanting anything in return. They are just genuinely good people which you feel instantly and they keep on proving throughout your stay there. I really, truly cannot recommend them enough! If you are looking for a sign to visit Randazzo - then here it is!

Location was terrific. Walking distance to 2 wineries, 1 excellent restaurant. Easy drive into Randazzo but so nice to be in peaceful, bucolic setting outside the city. Large room, easy to spread out. Warm hosts.

Just beautiful facilities! The staff are just so kind and they really have fun while working. The food is incredible, fresh ingredients with products from Etna. The wood carving in the room and all around is just so phenomenal! Would def go back!!!

Matteo welcomed us to a room with a balcony view of Mount Etna! In addition to our room, we had use of a comfortable living room, coffee available any time. Randazza is a lovely old town with limited tourist traffic, making it a delightful counterpoint to other destinations in Sicily. The drive through wine country to reach Randazza is beautiful. Matteo served us a lovely breakfast, seating us at a table with yet another view of Mount Etna. He was a thoroughly charming host, proud of his hometown.

The town is stunning and the apartments are in a great location - beautiful and convenient. The host started communicating immediately when he realized that the room we booked was double booked due to an error. He offered a solution and a bottle of wine. I would love to go back to Randazzo one day. It is a must see stop. I would stay here again. One wall was rock and the furniture was beautiful. Great water pressure too which was really nice.
