Excellent hospitality, there is a max score of 10 only, but we can give 100/100. Cleanliness, location, interiors, bathrooms, super secure. Entire family, we really loved it. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. The apartment is incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms that offered plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which was a big plus for me. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Overall, I highly recommend this apartments for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable experience. Place, villa, cleanliness, location, hospitality. The view from the villa is scenic, mountains with snow. Self-cooking facility is there, outside dining area is really awesome. Big Bedrooms, Clean and hygienic bathrooms.

    I did not enjoy the stay.

    I did not enjoy the stay. When we arrived the room was extremely hot as the A/C was not on. The External Bathroom had no ventilation and it was soo hot that you can not take a shower. The worse thing was that when we complaint to the owner and to booking, the owner replied very offensive and with racist comments towards southerner Italians. It was disgraceful and racist. Unacceptable for a public business. The only good thing is the easy access to main motorways. Be aware of this place as it's just an apartment on the second floor without elevator. I would not recommend to family with kids but most of all the poor customer care provided. Unreal now a day that a public staff treats customer with bad words and racist comments. Hope this can help future customer and the owner to improve.

    lovely lady looked after me when i arrived . Not her fault i am dumb and failed to follow a sat nav. walked the 1.6 miles in the heat of the day. between the hotel and the metro. ( there is a bus and had i looked it up on google i would have saved a lot of shoe leather ) the room is pretty and has all the essentials it is off the the shared kitchen where the continental breakfast is served. The shower although a little small for a big chap like myself is excellent . it has a lot of power just how i like it. air con and it worked .

    We booked executive suite and stayed with 2 kids. It was really much space for us, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was very good. Free parking on front of the hotel. Big Grocery shop was just 4 mins ( by car) away from the hotel. Free bottles of water in the room. Bed was comfortable same as pillows. The blanket was warm and lightweight.
