+ Dinner was great. We booked a halfboard option and every evening they provided different delicious menu for the guests + Swimming pool was nice and beautiful. Our kid loved it so much as it has a nice slide + Location is perfect to visit lake Dobiacco, Misurina and Tre Cime (within 1 hour drive) + The personal in dining/breakfast room were so nice and helpful (you got a dedicated table during your stay and it’s prepared/personalized for you already before you came i.e. if you need a high chair for your little kid) + Room is spacious. It has a huge king bed and a bunk bed and bathroom with bathtub + Bathrobes were already provided in the room. If your kids need it as well, you could ask it on the receptionist for free

Great Location. Very welcoming and professional staff. Excellent services. Everything was just perfect. The hotel team supported me during an unlucky incident where i had a car accident . They supported me in arranging a taxi to the nearest city so i could get another car. Parking is great. Breakfast is great too. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. All in all, it is an excellent hotel . I stringly Recommend, and im sure i will visit again.

Location is amazing, the facilities at the hotel is really good. The view from the hotel room is stunning. The receptionist “Katharina” was really helpful and provides exceptional service. We had a car accident on our way to San Candido and Katharina help us to communicate with Sixt team to arrange car pick up and find alternative travel solution to Florence for us.

All the details were perfect. The breakfast was the best if the best.

The location of the hotel is marvelous and we appreciated the high standards of everything. The room was super neat and the dinner\breakfast were one of the best we tasted in Italy with high quality. Staff were friendly and cooperative. We enjoyed our stay, it will not be our last visit and we highly recommend it.

Absolutely outstanding! The hotel is beautiful, wonderful location, close to all the trails and the Tre Cimme. The staff is fantastic, everybody is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The food, both breakfast and dinners where outstanding. Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The location is excellent (the ski lifts are across the road from the hotel). The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent. We stayed during Christmas and they really put extra effort to make it very special. The Christmas dinner was absolutely fantastic!
